Usually like to frequent here for the fancy foods and snacks everyone once in awhile. But a couple of recent visits have left me walking back to work in complete disgust or major SMH. On one visit i had asked for w cappucino extra dry. I was given a cup of espresso with one teaspoon full of foam. I didn’t know if it was a joke or not. Another recent visit I ordered some slices of pizza. The staff gladly hands it off to another customer that takes it all the way back to his table. Im standing there in shock. And when they finally figure it out they go and snatch it back from the customer to hand off to me. I don’t care how pretentious and snobby the clientele that visit here are. I dont know how clean his hands were. I will most likely never visit back.

The manager Carolyn , Lauren , Carrie , Tori to name a few . They are always so friendly and the customer service top notch always . A STAPLE and better than Starbucks! All of the staff are really sweet and kind - they create such a nice community in the café! This is one of my go to spots to have a work session with my laptop.

The staff are super friendly and warm. They have regular customers for a reason, as they are incredibly hospitable, making everyone feel welcome.
As an extension of the hotel, Pearle's offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It's a great place for business meetings, coffee with friends, or a pick-me-up if you're strolling down by the waterfront.

Been spending time at this cafe for a few years now and it’s hands down the best in Burlington. The customer care is exceptional and the cafe is always clean and polished. The cashier on front today around 3:30pm was extremely rude. I had asked for a cup to put water in for my dog or asked if they provided dog water bowls. The cashier proceeded to tell me that it's very wasteful to be giving out cups. For a hotel that is "dog friendly" I've never heard of the facility not providing dog bowls for drinking water. She also let me know that dogs are not allowed on the furniture, this is completely fine but she she said specifically in a condescending tone "dogs are not allowed on the furniture as that is where humans sit". Hmm that is common sense. It is one thing to deliver a message, it is another to deliver it in such a condescending tone. Management needs to train their staff better. For visibility, I purchased a medium coffee, chocolate croissant and a cappuccino. I also tipped 15% but did not get the service I was hoping for.

I actually didn’t bother getting anything from here because of the service and walked out. I asked the barista if she could make a cappuccino but iced. Instead of just telling me it’s not possible, she tells me that’s something I have to go to Tim Hortons for and laughs. I was so thrown off guard by the condescending tone that I just walked out.
