After not being able to get into the Guelph ESM the other night, my girls were very excited to be able to stop for dinner on our adventure day! Our server Karen was wonderful - easy going, great with my daughters, quick, and always planning ahead to make our service go smoothly. Thank you!

Ordered a spin dip and the bread was not fully cooked, no napkins at the table or extra plates wasn’t offered free bread. Waiter seemed very rushed even though there were about 3 other table spread out through the whole restaurant

We ordered the Buddha Boomers for takeout, and the whole experience was disappointing. The food itself was soggy, and despite being advertised with parmesan, there wasn’t any sprinkled on it. We placed the order and were told it would take 15 minutes to prepare, which was fine. But when we came back to pick it up, we ended up waiting another 10 minutes at the takeout counter, ringing the bell repeatedly with no response — and this was when the place wasn’t even busy. Since we were already on the road after, we couldn’t complain or get a replacement. Overall, not a great way to treat customers.

The food was really good. Had more than enough for dinner and will be bringing some home for lunch tomorrow! My server Karen was so kind and provided quick service with a smile. I’ll definitely be back.

When my family arrived the restaurant was very busy and we pondered going elsewhere but I am so glad we didn’t. The service we had from Kim was amazing as well as the other staff. We had things before we knew we needed them. The food was hot, fresh and brought to us just how we ordered. Wow, for how extremely busy they were at the time, you would have never noticed. Great job and so nice to see smiles everywhere!! Thank you!
