I live nearby and this is my go to spot when I crave sandwiches. It’s expensive yes, but it’s fresh, the employees loads your sandwich with ingredients, and the taste is always amazing! Even if you’re a big guy, a large will still fill you up.

I purchased a hook and ladder sub a few months ago. When I was half way through it I found a hair. I sent an email with the picture to Firehouse Subs main email address. I did receive a response saying how sorry they were and that the store owner would be in touch with me. To this day I have not heard back, which is very disappointing as I truly love their subs. I will not be returning as the hair has completely turned me off of ever purchasing anything from this location again. I can add the photo but don’t want to gross people out 🤮

I came in today with my brother, the server completely ignored us even tho we greeted her. Then older customers came in, she served them first and was very welcoming with them but us intentionally ignored us. Such blatant racism is not acceptable, I'm a customer who wanted to buy food but instead I was treated badly.
