I came in today with my brother, the server completely ignored us even tho we greeted her. Then older customers came in, she served them first and was very welcoming with them but us intentionally ignored us. Such blatant racism is not acceptable, I'm a customer who wanted to buy food but instead I was treated badly.

Can barely understand the people working here, rude and not even speaking english. Dont feel comfortable in this place and will not return.

Wow! Incredible subs and service! Fresh meats, veggies and bread. The two guys that were there tonight were super nice and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great food spot and service, my favourite food item being the steak and cheese. Highly recommend!

$25 for a large sub, with a fountain drink and Single stale cookie. At this price I could have had a hot meal at a sit down restaurant. Price is not justified at all.

It was not that busy but the floor by the fountain machine was sticky.

It's not too often I give a sub shop five stars but Firehouse Subs deserves it. They have an amazing selection of subs that can be customized if needed but straight off the menu is probably all you will need and prices are reasonable for what you get. One of my favourites is their Spicy Cajun Chicken and at Thanksgiving they offer a Turkey Dinner sub which comes with real roasted turkey and stuffing in the sub. This is hands down the best sub I have ever had because it tastes like a good old fashioned turkey dinner. I hope they continue to offer this and hopefully offer it at Christmas as well.

We used to order from the Appleby location in Burlington but they CONSTANTLY mess up the order. We no longer order from this chain Unfortunately.

Soooooo slow. I could go to a grocery store, buy ingredients and go home and make a sub in the time it takes. NOT an option for a quick bite

First time ordering from here tonight and was shocked at how good the new French dip was. I scared my husband with how loud I shouted “It tastes like thanksgiving dinner!! But a sandwich!!!”
Will definitely be coming back!

Chic Fil -A in this new location just wawwww!!! The food was awesome just did not like the lemonade I don’t recommend.unless you don’t like sweet stuff ! Everything else and babbbbbny the service was awesomeeeee awesome ??!!! For my first time wow blown! The salad was great
