Terrible enough the sub was almost 22 bucks for nothing special, a fountain drink costs almost 5 bucks. Pickle tasted weird. Wifi is dodgy.
2 people and we paid 55-60 bucks.
The cashier was very rude - won't be going here again.
Amazing food and service always
Had a gluten free hook and ladder with bacon and no onions - asked for fresh lettuce to avoid crumbs from my other sandwiches and it was perfect. Our subs were ready in under 5 mins, and the staff were courteous and friendly.
For $30 a sub it wasn’t anything special I don’t think the bacon was cooked and the meat tasted weird also there was only 3 customers including me and my sub took 30 mins to make I was the second person to order the guy behind me had to wait 40 mins for one sub
Always consistently good.
Very fresh and tasty
Great quick service
Continues to make me the wrong sub.
Worst sub I've ever had.
I went to this Firehouse Subs location today, ordered my usual 'make your own' sub with chicken, it may have been the worst chicken I have ever ate. It tasted rotten, the texture was rubber, I actually just ended up pulling the chicken off the sub and attempted to eat the bun and other toppings. Honestly, I will be shocked if don't get sick from the small amount I did eat. Not to mention the service, let's just say that ordering the 2 subs I purchased was extremely difficult - I can put that aside, but the quality of the food was terrible - not what I expect from Firehouse subs, not to mention that the 2 large sub combos I ordered totalled over $45.00. Honestly, I won't be back to this location, I NEVER leave Google reviews - that's how bad the meal I ordered from this location was today - I felt it was my duty to share.
Extremely disappointed, still hungry - plain and simple, don't waste your money here.

Awful Experience, raw bacon, not returning.
Ordered takeout, drove to pick up my order under my name.
Picked up the bag with my name on it, said thank you. Zero acknowledgement of anything unusual or duplicate names. Another person with the same name made a pickup order at the same time. Upon arriving at home my wife receives a phone call from Firehouse saying that I grabbed the wrong order same name. Completely rude and disrespectful to my wife and blames us for having to remake the other guy's order. Upon arrival at the store, no greeting just an awkward look, offers nothing, not even an apology for two exact names on order take outs. Just me losing my time and gas driving back and forth for a disrespectful employee to tell me they lost two subs. So I receive my late order and nothing else. He takes the other "extra" subs in return and just shakes his head as if the ordeal is my fault when the pickup wasn't even acknowledge from the beginning with their knowledge of two simultaneous same name orders.
So I lost my time, my gas, and both my wife and I were disrespected over an honest mistake that shouldn't have happened to begin with. Yea, you lost two subs, Us not returning will lose significantly more than one order.
*Edit*
The food was not even cooked in response. I have literally uncooked strips of bacon on my sub. I call back and the same rude man has the nerve to tell me I am wrong and that they put the bacon through the toaster. So now I have contaminated food and no resolution as I "wait" for a call back. This is a first of any restaurant, ever, and for $40?!? Absolutely unacceptable.

Maybe it was premature giving the 5 stars. I went a second time and ordered a sub, and for some reason the cashier refused to let me add tomato’s. She said I couldn’t add tomato’s to the Beef and Cheddar brisket. Okay? Since when?

This was my first visit to a Firehouse Subs and I must say I was quite impressed with the service and food. I get the hype now.

The subs are good, can't get it wrong when it's a franchise but not that great at following instructions.

I got the smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket and it was good but not as great as other firehouse locations I’ve ordered from I went around lunch time and there was still decent seating but I did notice some tables weren’t wiped down so I ended up eating in my car and the serving cutout where you are handed your order was quite cluttered and had a lot of food bits and crumbs which was gross to reach over to grab my sub I understand it was the “lunchtime rush” but the place wasn’t that busy overall 3.5 out of 5 though that could go up a lot with just a little more housekeeping.

I’ve had really great subs from here, but today I went around 935, and it was closed? Hours posted say 10pm……
