Nice supermarket!

This is the second time I’ve came to this fortinos for a case of oysters and they have both been bad. I’m talking everyone single one. Dry as a bone and absolutely reek. No idea what’s going on with the quality control at this location or if it’s just staff ignorance selling rotten seafood. Almost 50$ down the drain due to this location. Do not recommend at all. Do better fortinos. Absolutely disgusting

Good produce.
The lobster bisque needs work. It's gritty. A bisque should be smooth and velvety.

Love the cafeteria area and the pizza but Why are the ladies working at the coffee area so snobby and unfriendly? Coffee has become watered down the last few times I’ve been.

Meat. What has happened to the meat at Fortinos? Was never great but last night i picked up Ribeye steak, not cheap either, and when cooked (properly) had the texture of shoe leather. So tough and not much flavor. I'll stick to Metro in future. Much better.

Decent, some things are pricey. Good selection. Like a better quality Canadian Superstore

Fortinos is the best grocery chain for hot..cold pre-made food and sandwiches.

We put in a large soup order last minute. It was for an (extremely) early morning pickup and the Catering Manager, Rimple was very helpful and accomodating, despite how last minute it was. Really appreciate it!

In addition to out-of-control prices, their Mother's Day floral displays are so disorganized that they display their $50.00 bouquets with $40.00 price tags. You find out when you're at the register and there is no offer from the staff to honour the price, nor do they make any significant attempt to fix the display. Their solution was for me to step out of line and go consider their actual $40.00 bouquets. It's been over a month since I last shopped at this store, and hopefully, it will be many more months until I have to go back in there.

Apparently the people behind the cake bar at Fortinos don’t know how to spell a simple name like Michael they misspelled the cake we ordered with “Micheal” …like really?
Second Chocolate Truffle Cake is the biggest Garbage cake ever!!
First off where in the world is the truffle mouse layer?
When you cut the cake the entire thing collapses into itself and mushes all the flavours together into what tastes like Betty Crocker box cake. I am shocked that their cakes even make the shelf at local grocery store like fortinos fooling sweet tooth’s into thinking they are getting a quality cake but receiving trash instead

Just had a very bad and stressful experience at this branch! A security officer followed me and made a scene questioning in a loud voice, if I had paid my bill or not at the door while people are walking and looking at me!! The way she questioned me and then gave a cold sorry as if its a normal procedure made me even more uncomfortable and angry, I’ve been a customer for years now and spent thousands of dollars here, and now this happened!! I had to call the manager to file an official complaint and he was rude and pretended to be busy and have no time to listen, he was even colder in his apology and said ok sorry what do you want me to do more!!! Is this how they treat their customers??? Or Is it because I’m wearing hijab?!! I’ll make sure not to shop there again! it was absolutely disrespectful and rude, this is a basic customer service behavior that they absolutely lack, unprofessional.
