The workers here are always rude. This is the third time I’ve gone and the avocado has been hard as a rock. If you ask for extra dressing they give you a dirty look. They are always missing ingredients or are out. Workers are always talking on the phone. Only reason I still go is because this is the only location close by. Very unfortunate. Used to be a good place

I've been to this location 3 times over the past couple of months. Each time I go, there is no steak. The management of supplies needs to review their customer needs. Also the toppings such as beans are minimal. Id rather have a bowl from the local Bar Burrito now.

Only one server, who seemed overwhelmed by the small number of customers. They were out of a lot of ingredients. Not up to the normal Freshii standards.

The restaurant is very dirty. I asked for extra beans and did not get them, yet was charged for them. The dressing didn’t taste remotely the same at all, I’ve had this dressing many times over the years at different freshii’s. What’s disturbing to me as well is the person making my meal wore her gloves and touched many other things AND handled my food. This is not the way it should be done according to the Ontario health board. Clean gloves should be put on when you handle food. The girl who served us was lovely, but, it went down hill from there. Overall, very disappointing.

Not open until 8 pm on a Sunday, as mentioned... So I can't spend over $20 on a bowl for the first time to properly judge... even though I've been waiting all day for my wife to get home to surprise her with healthy food for Sunday Fun-Day.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed an order at 10:30am through Uber Eats. Driver arrived to pick up my food and the store was closed. Lights off, door locked during business hours. Won't be ordering from here again.

I don't know the name of the person who made my dinner salad bowl on December 7th but it might have been the best salad I've tasted in a very long time. I'm a rabid fan of the chia seed pudding at this location and now I have a new favorite salad place. Soooo good!!! Thank you.
First time trying Freshii. While the salads (Cobb and Kale Cesar) were tasty and fresh, there was a very small amount of food for the price paid. When I first picked up the bag It weighed so little I thought they must have forgot the 2nd salad - but it was in there. I was hungry 10 mins after I finished the Cobb.

I trust you are following the rules and that is probably great for your margins and inventory control, so long as as you attract enough customers with the value proposition to generate the revenue you need.
