If I could give 0 stars, I would. Placed an order at 10:30am through Uber Eats. Driver arrived to pick up my food and the store was closed. Lights off, door locked during business hours. Won't be ordering from here again.

I don't know the name of the person who made my dinner salad bowl on December 7th but it might have been the best salad I've tasted in a very long time. I'm a rabid fan of the chia seed pudding at this location and now I have a new favorite salad place. Soooo good!!! Thank you.

First time trying Freshii. While the salads (Cobb and Kale Cesar) were tasty and fresh, there was a very small amount of food for the price paid. When I first picked up the bag It weighed so little I thought they must have forgot the 2nd salad - but it was in there. I was hungry 10 mins after I finished the Cobb.

I trust you are following the rules and that is probably great for your margins and inventory control, so long as as you attract enough customers with the value proposition to generate the revenue you need. This place is an absolute joke to the Freshii brand. Understaffed, garbage full, condiment buckets almost at 0. Also zero portions for protein. $16+ for rice and quinoa which was extra.. formal complaint to head office. This franchisee should be revoked his license.

FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD, absolutely disgusting. Also i asked for extra chicken and paid extra for it and she put less than 1/2 a cup of chicken. Extremely disappointed with this place. For 20 dollars it was garbage. Definitely never coming back.
I just ordered Cobb salad through uber eats, to say i am disappointed it’s underestimate…. My salad was missing eggs and chicken didn’t look fresh, I wish i read reviews before ordering from this location. Awful experience

My husband arrived at 10:55 when it opened at 11:00. He waited until 11:10 but eventually left because no one came to open the door. I had to come back later in the day to get food.

Busy place not enough staff. Disappointed that the Oaxaca automatically comes with steak despite the website saying it doesn't. According to the worker they changed the menu 5 days ago. Cannot believe there is an up charge for replacing steak with tofu as not everyone eats dead animals on mondays. Workers were polite and worked fast despite there being only two in the store to begin with and both are 5 star employees in my opinion.
