Poor Service: Tried to order online 34 minutes before closing, but the app said the store wasn’t accepting online orders. Went in-store and asked them to honor the $3 off Oaxaca Bowl coupon, but was told it’s an app-only offer and the app was closed. Very frustrating — customers shouldn’t lose promotions when the app is shut down early.

I’ve been a few times now and never get my order fully correct. It’s not fresh or made correctly. I’ve ordered online to see if it helps them get it right but nope. How do you mess up an order with the receipt in front of you? For such over priced items you should at least try.

Got the wrong sauce in my bowl (was supposed to be tahini but they gave me Caesar) and my fiancé's bowl had about 5 beans in it (not exaggerating). We would have went back but by the time I got home they would be closing. Steak was rubbery. We had to get something else for dinner. Will not be returning to this location.

Awful location - so cheap on portions. I feel like I get 50% of what I normally get at other locations. Management is rude. They charge for everything extra.

Got a bowl there today. Asked for a drop of siracha sauce and was told it will cost me $1. That is price extortion. In the past when I was at another store, the bottle is left on the counter for customer to use. Never going back there again.
