Two times I’ve been to this location and they refuse to take my order because they’re backed up with online orders.. no staff. Put a closed sign up if you’re not going to serve. What a joke

I’ve been a few times now and never get my order fully correct. It’s not fresh or made correctly. I’ve ordered online to see if it helps them get it right but nope. How do you mess up an order with the receipt in front of you? For such over priced items you should at least try.

Small portions. Paid for extra chicken (got four slice of chicken in total!!). Not worth the $$$.
Got the wrong sauce in my bowl (was supposed to be tahini but they gave me Caesar) and my fiancé's bowl had about 5 beans in it (not exaggerating). We would have went back but by the time I got home they would be closing. Steak was rubbery. We had to get something else for dinner. Will not be returning to this location.

Got a bowl there today. Asked for a drop of siracha sauce and was told it will cost me $1. That is price extortion. In the past when I was at another store, the bottle is left on the counter for customer to use. Never going back there again.

Super-clean with lots of indoor seating. Fresh ingredients with many choices of ingredients and dressings. Friendly knowledgeable staff who greeted us on arrival and said goodbye as we exited even though they were busy.

Overall my experience at Freshii was good! We were served fast. The place was clean and my friend enjoyed their menu. We both agreed the prices were too high, but that’s what you get for good quality food and a post-run snack.
