We were served by Shay who was super friendly and accommodating. Our food and drinks came fast and everything was tasty. Our kids loved the games-and so did the adults! Definitely a fan favourite in Burlington that we'll be coming back to.

Servers were very nice and attentive. Shoutout to alex and jason. One thing that was a down fall for us was no baby change table in the womens restroom.

Food was terrible tasting and over priced.
Half of the games in the game area didn't work.
Won't be back.
Not sure why they make you wait an hour and a half for a table when i counted 11 empty tables. Probably want you to spend money on games while you wait.

Way too many table on reserve for such a busy day . Had my entire meal and drinks on a table while three booths were open but reserved . Should be first come first serve.

I have no problem with the food or facility there but always had the worst experience with staff. Every time I went there, they couldn't find my reservation and i ended up waiting forever and also never apologized for any inconvenience.
First reservation I made through phone and nobody knew about my reservation when I showed up. So second and third time, I made through the website but made no difference. I told the staff I have a confirmation message from open table but again no use. She didn't listen to a single word.
Also any inquiries I made at the reception were completely incorrect or ignored.
I gave 3 tries as my kid likes the arcade there but never again.
I really think the owner or manager need to give the satff good customer service trainings.

Yesterday my husband I decided to come here for an early celebration for our anniversary, away from our kids for the first time in MONTHS, everything was going great until I went to the bathroom.
When I came back, I stood beside my husband at his chair for a couple minutes so I could hug him, he had his arm around me OVER my clothing, and he happened to touch my butt INNOCENTLY for a moment and I went to sit down again. He didn't do any grabbing or squeezing, it was a simply placement of his hand. Next thing I know a waitress has come up to our table and started harassing us basically saying we're in a public restaurant with kids around (mind you it's almost 9pm) and she "KNOWS WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO." please tell me what am I trying to do in a public restaurant besides be with my husband and enjoy my meal? We're adults, with kids. This waitress immediately judged us as immature people in their 20s trying to get inappropriate in public.
Next thing I know I look over and she's telling everyone in her trail about what "HORRIBLE" thing my husband did and everyone is staring at us, making us feel absolutely uncomfortable and attacked basically. I confronted our waitress and she just said okay repeatedly, didn't care at all. Then I told the manager and he also said he'd "look into it" but he did not apologize once. I felt like they thought what they thought and we couldn't change their mind anyways even though we were doing nothing wrong.
We couldn't even enjoy our night, we paid and left right away. They ruined everything with such an unnecessary comment.
I will honestly never come back here. And I highly don't recommend anyone come here for a date.

Last night I was at the Burlington Game Time with coworkers and I went to the washroom (individual rooms) and I hadn’t even finished peeing when someone started knocking loudly on the door. I yelled “occupied!”. Then more aggressive knocking and I said “I’m in here!”. Then it got to the point where they’re trying to break the door in, it’s literally coming half an inch away from the frame. At this point I’m starting to panic and I yell “I’m in here why are you doing this?!”. When I’m done peeing, didn’t even wash my hands cause I was so scared, I go out and there’s no one there - but my friend tells me three security guys were trying to bust in the door. I’m crying and shaken up and I try to call the security guys over to confront them and they are smirking at me and ignore me. Then a manager comes over and he tells me that someone said a couple went into the washroom together so that’s why they were trying to bust the door down?? I said it was just me alone trying to take a pee and at this point I’m in a full anxiety attack and the manager is belittling me and acting like I’m in the wrong for being scared and angry which made it worse of course. Finally another manager comes over and asks if I’m okay and apologizes and gives me free credits for the games. I can’t remember his name but I’m grateful to him. Disgusting behaviour from the security and the first manager, you really need to have better protocols (like maybe CONFIRMING that there’s 2 people in there before breaking the door in or waiting 30 seconds for me to open the door).
I wanted to bring attention to a concerning issue regarding privacy in the washroom at Game Time Social. It seems that the security staff and management may not be fully aware of the importance of respecting individuals' privacy in this space. I encourage you to review the surveillance footage to better understand the situation before taking any actions, such as aggressively knocking on the restroom door. I believe that addressing this matter could significantly improve the experience for all guests and people might not leave the place feeling traumatized. Really want you guys to understand the seriousness of this issue and how scary it can be for a Women Alone in the washroom extremely disappointed in you guys and the way this situation was handled altogether do better. Thank you

My friends and I went out last night for some snacks and games when one of my female friends went to the bathroom by herself. While she was in the washroom, 3 security guards harassed her by banging on the door and using so much force that the door frame was moving. She said “occupied” but no one replied even though she said it 3 times while they kept banging. As a female, this is quite jarring and she was scared! When she came out of the bathroom, no one was there and she got no reason as to why this happened. The first manager she expressed this too was rude and dismissive, thankfully a second manager came up to her and apologized. Wtf, this should not happen ever! Horrible service, will never visit again.
Fun place.
