“Today I visited Gino’s Pizza on Appleby Line in Burlington. The food was delicious, the location is convenient, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the place was clean and hygienic. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!”

Absolutely wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone in the area. We are from out of town, and our city is known for the “best pizza”. What we got could fit in with that category! Great quality of cheese, toppings, crust, and pizza overall. My partner wasn’t able to catch the name of our delivery driver, but he was awesome. Professional, quick and considerate. Will definitely be ordering again next time we come to the area. Thanks Gino’s Pizza!

I did a walk-in order of a medium with extra cheese. When I picked it up, it felt kind of heavy, and I SHOULD have looked in the box, but I was tired and just wanted to get home. OMG…the thing had so much cheese in it, the cut marks disappeared into the goo. We tried to pull some of the cheese off, but it took all the sauce off with it. The pizza
was inedible. I’ll go back to the Guelph & Upper Middle location. That one is always fantastic.

Gino's quality of cheese has gone down substantially. The quality of the mozzarella has me even wondering if it's even real cheese. This place would be 5/5 if the mozzarella wasn't what it is. I would gladly pay $3-5 more per pizza for high quality cheese as opposed to a lower price. Won't be back as a result.
Our Pizzas came to extremely under cooked. The Dough was soggy, bacon chewy, and the cheese, I can't even describe the thick layer of soggy Motzerella...
It was absolutely terrible... I called them to explain the troubles with the order, the associate who had cooked our food argued with me as explained to him the details stating that is the way he Always cooks the Pizzas. They refused to exchange our order with a correctly prepared order.. $65 isn't going to break the bank, however, I could have spent it on quality items rather then trash... which is where this Pizza will end up if my attempt at recooking it is unsuccessful. I am extremely disappointed in the Food Quality, Customer Service, and over all Service of this location.
I will not be ordering from here again.
I always buy Gino’s pizzas - best pizzas in Burlington. Generous toppings, reasonably priced and always piping hot.
I’ve been buying them for years - through location and ownership changes - and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are always kind, helpful and courteous, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
Keep up the good work!
I’ve read a lot of the reviews and it seems as though some people just give bad reviews hoping to get “freebies”!!

Great pizzas, but tbh what I like the most are their wings… fairly priced and good service.
Great pizzas
Best pizza and wings combo. I used to work for 2 pizza shops before, making pies. This store always has my order right. The quality is perfection. Clean shop. Fast friendly service.
It's ok pizza for cheap. Service isn't great and the price of the slices seems to change all the time but quick and easy $5 meal
Nice pizza
