Utter chaos and very unhygienic. This was my first time here, and definitely my last. While making the pizza, the guy answered the phone, put pepperoni slices in his pocket, handled cash from customers, and then went straight back to putting mozzarella on the pizza. Completely unacceptable hygiene.

Used to be really great and delicious, I believe the cheese has changed and it’s now greasy and slimy. I wish you could go back to the cheese you were using before the change.

Today I ordered a shahi paneer pizza with two extra toppings (spinach and mashroom) I paid extra for it and they put extra coriander.! And when I called them Mr Inder start arguing with me. he even don’t know about the recipes.. I order same kind of pizza from this store many times and this happens today… so disappointed ☹️ I am regular customer of gino pizza..

Very disappointed, generally receive great food and service, however tonight was very disappointing. Ordered through the website as I always do for pickup, told 20 minutes in the email, give them 30, go in and they are just starting my order. Ok I understand that they were busy so no big deal. I ask if I can pay and my husband will stop by and pick it up on his way home. He then goes to pick it up, 20 minutes after I am there and is told he needs to pay as it's not paid for. WRONG!!! I paid for it when I was there. He calls me and I can hear one of the staff being quite rude, saying that she doesn't care what I told him that he needs to pay or he is not getting the pizza. She then goes to ask someone else, and all of a sudden she gives my husband the pizza, that is now cold. Very disappointed with it as a whole, as we typically receive great food and great service.
May need to reconsider staff.

Picked up a pizza and it had absolutely no taste hardly any cheese large pizza 10 slices I counted 12 slices of pepperoni so what we got was a slab of baked dough won’t be ordering from them again
