This Gong Cha was the best of all. I traveled all the way from U.S to here just to get Crème Brûlée and brown sugar milk foam oolong tea. Best service, best food, and best drink!!!

Ordered from here for the first time off of Uber Eats because my usual spot ran out of brown sugar Boba. I had never heard of this place before and decided to give it a try because of the reviews. I had questions about the menu so I called and the lady who answered was very helpful and friendly and helped me figure out what to order. My family and I ordered an oreo smoothie, taro milk tea, milk tea, brown sugar milk tea, and 3 waffles (mango, chocolate, and original). All the drinks were so good...and the bubble waffles?? Delicious!! The mango was my favourite! Definitely recommended Dongcha. This is our new spot!!

I love the option of customizing the amount of sugar and ice in your drink. If you are new to bubble tea, the staff are really friendly and helpful with choosing what flavour best suits your tastes. They are also fun to talk with and try their best to serve your drink as fast as they can. One of my favourite drinks is the Taro Milk tea with foam (I usually choose 50% sugar but it's just as good with regular sweetness).

BAD experience! Never come there again! The sign at the entrance says Students get 10% discount with valid student ID. We presented student id, but been told that it is on weekdays only. The sign does not say that, and we asked for discount. The cashier guy was not nice to us at all, but lady said that only kids can get the discount. Then this guy changed some channels/pages on the monitor and showed about student discounts not very clear explained. But it was not there when we placed the order. Still the sign at the entrance does not say anything about that. Other signes show expiration dates or any restrictions but not the students discount one.
We just left with very bad feelings about this place. 5 mins driving from this place, found a great bubble tea shop, great product and even cheaper!
Do not waste your money at this location!
