Such a hidden gem. My husband and I were on our back from Toronto and randomly stopped at this plaza for some Korean food. Then we saw Gongcha and was craving for a drink. The owners are some of the kindest people you'll meet. They would go over the menu, explain what goes well with that specific drink, and will even check in after you take a few sips to see if you like it or not. The owners made us feel super welcome and even took some time to have a small conversation while they were available.
I would recommend people to disresgard the negative reviews as its NOT even relevant to the business itself.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for great bubble tea. You can literally taste the freshness of the ingredients and the tea.

No better bubble tea shop than this. The nicest owners - passionate, hard working and fully invested in the local area - who make by far the best bubble tea of any Gong Cha. I’ll drive past other bubble tea shops to get here! The strawberry matcha milk tea is a fan favourite but every visit tempts a new flavour we haven’t tried yet
