Always a delicious meal and wonderful customer service to back it up! I am a regular here and the quality is consistent and some of the best chicken you’ll taste. The Piri Piri whole chicken with hot honey sauce is amazing!!! Huge portion, so fresh and delicious. Hot sauce is also awesome. Ordered for take out and was ready to go in 5 mins when I picked it up. Only downside is we also got the potatoes and rice and they were stale and dry tasting - probably because it was 30 mins to close. Chicken was 10/10 though!

What a great experience we had. Angela was so customer service focused. This was our first time eating here. Chicken fingers are made on site and amazing and the sauces that go with the chicken are all terrific. Even the coleslaw was full of flavour. We will be back for sure.

With the plethora of chicken restaurants in North Burlington, I decided to see how this one ranked, especially in the category of hot chicken sandwiches.
Ordered the honey hot chicken sandwich, chicken tenders and chicken tacos to go, while waiting I’m reading the wall plaques about only using grain fed, cruelty free, hormone free chicken, which is a good thing.
The staff were friendly enough, lots of people in the kitchen, pricing in line with other chicken places…

No good heat in the hot honey chicken sandwich, rather bland actually. The sandwich was a good size, and looked promising, couple bites in…. Nothing special, more heat in a Wendy’s spicy chicken, not really flavourful either, disappointing
Chicken strips with fries, good amount of fries, chicken looked crispy, but again, missed the mark and very basic, best thing was the chicken tacos, loaded up with toppings, generous portion and decent, a unique option for those that don’t want a large amount of fried chicken.
This chicken option isn’t horrible, the portions were generous and pricing in line, chicken raised in a responsible way, but if you’re called “hangry” chicken, you better live up to it in your flavours!

Just picked up their New Year's Eve platter. Unreal!!! Feed 3 adult's no problem for $54.00 all in. Great job! Taste is fantastic. My go to place now.
Excellent food, great service and plenty of good food options, including for vegetarians like me. I had the veggie tacos and shared the poutine, both were very tasty and fresh. Can’t wait to go eat there again.

Chicken was under cooked . Roasted vegetables should have said “BOILED” only good thing only good thing with dinner was the potato. Had to cook chicken more and vegetables were garbage!

Last week, my wife and I ordered a half chicken with rice & potatoes and a hot honey sandwich with fries. It was our first time there. When we got home, we discovered many fries and potatoes were undercooked (hard and crunchy). We contacted the store to advise them of the quality. They promised to make it right with a new order of fries and potatoes. Tonight, we went in to "redeem" their offer, only expecting those items. We were quite surprised to discover they replaced the entire meal. We felt it was awfully generous as we only wanted the fries and pots. This time, the food was on point. It was perfect. Thank you Jennifer for a promise kept (and more) and to Marie for listening to our original feedback and taking it seriously.

Ordered uber delivery. The owner definitely needs to improve their packaging. Ordered full chicken + 2 big sides. The bag dropped on the way to my door, food spilled out….wasted all the food!
