Excellent customer service and delicious food!!Called ahead to order for pickup our food was fresh and ready within 15 minutes. We had mentioned we can't dine in because we have our dog with us. My favourite restaurant. Amazing staff, amazing food! The staff is very considerate about my gluten allergy and takes a high precaution when preparing my food here.
Had chicken tenders. Taste wise they were pretty good, similar to Jack Astors. Tender and juicy. Had also the roasted potatoes which were extremely bland. No salt at all. Moreover the order taker messed up my order, I asked for the tenders meal with another side of roasted potatoes. They forgot my fries. I also asked the tenders to be tossed in their honey hot sauce but it ended up on the side. Order taker was also just leaning on the counter engaged in her phone -- which I get it, but at least so it away from your customers eyes. Place was clean enough, nothing out of the ordinary and you can see straight into the kitchen so you can make sure no funky stuff is going on. I would get the chicken again but the rest of the experience was sub par.

Was originally going to get Swiss Chalet but due to the new owner being rude to us, we decided to try this place. THANK GOODNESS we did!!! Everything was amazing and the service was exceptional!!! Thank you to everyone last night who worked, you ALL went above and beyond to make our experience fun and yummy!!!
