We walked into this restaurant yesterday and I must say the young man that works there was absolutely phenomenal. He was cleaning the restaurant very neatly and taking orders at the same time. Helping out his other work mates with drive thru. His aura is very very positive and he makes smiley faces on the burgers so everyone can smile. Never seen a person like that before with such aura. Especially in this industry anything can go wrong but his way of communicating and dealing with customers is so lovely and sweet. I have never written a review before but looking at this young man he needs to be recognised for his hard work. He is literally doing everything washing windows outside, taking orders at the same time, and making the burgers for the customers. Please please to whoever hired this young man kudos to you. We need people like this in this industry. Take good care of him and as far as the food it was amazing.

Service a bit slow. Was asked to go and park and wait for my order. Not sure why they do it considering I was the only car in the drive-thru. I waited almost 15 minutes for 3 burgers and an order of fries. In the meantime I could see people coming in and out of the restaurant while I waited in my car for my food (no other cars in the drive-thru). On a positive note, we did enjoy the new style of French fries. Very fresh and tasty

Order via drive through. I was told to park and my food would be out in 3 minutes. I asked them again to make sure they mean 3 minutes. Got a yes.I waited ten minutes.Went in and had to tell them to give me my food. It was just sitting on a counter getting cold.Gave me lame excuses why they didn't bring it out to me. Driving home the lid came off my root beer (the other drink didn't lose its lid) and the entire thing spilled over - thankfully - on the winter mat on the passenger side. Still took half an hour to clean up everything. Food was cold by the time I got home, tossed the fries. Fairly positive if I didn't go in and demand my food I would have been waiting at least 15+ minutes.Never coming back here again. If you're going to lie about the time it takes to get the food to a customer why would I ever want to return to the place? If they told me the truth that it would take 10 to 15 minutes I'd have told them no and got something else - at least I'd have returned at some point. No respect for wasting customer time.
