Came through the drive thru after work .. around 1030 pm. Food was terrible ended up throwing it out. Fries were cold and stale . Gravy was cold . Burger was barely warm and wrong toppings. Last time I came they put tomatoes on the burger instead of pickles.... so when I ordered tonight I even asked the girl when I got to the window to make sure it was pickles ... and sure enough got home ... no pickles they put tomatoes on again. And when I tried calling no one answers the phone . Very disappointing!!!

Absolutely ridiculous long wait! Literally have one person in front of you in the drive through and yet u wait 20 minutes! Absolutely INSANE!! Speed of service is huge!

Probably one of the best Harvey’s I have visited! Service was superb, food was made fresh and the poutine was layered to perfection! And I really appreciated the gentleman repeating our order to us at the window to avoid any missing items! Keep it up 😊
