Went for a burger special. Staff were well organized and worked well together. I was disappointed in the french fries that were small crumbly ones. Seemed like bottom of the pile. So expensive now so turned me off returning.

I ordered for my son and I through the app and had delivery driver (uber) spill the whole drink on the bag and soaked all the food. Accidents happen. Had to call the store and spoke with a gentleman that was polite and understanding. He made my kids night once new food arrived. Thanks to whomever I spoke with and for making our night better. Appreciated. 5 stars for customer service. Will definitely be stopping by this Harveys for now on.

I was denied a Jr burger meal today at Harvey's take out counter the lady cashier said it's for kids under 12 only and was charging me the regular big burger meal instead. Well my daughter is in the car with her dad, since when is Harvey's take out a requirement to bring in your child inside with you to order. My kid could be at home and me doing a pick up which I've been doing regularly for years so the lady was ridiculous denying this until I explained myself. Then I say that the apple juice is missing when I'm handed my bag but the server lady said that it wasn't included in the order when the cashier who punched in the order punched in pop instead not listening that I said apple juice. I also said no cheese on the burger but cheese was punched in on my receipt, my speech is clear and loud so it's either a sloppy worker or too loud heavy-metal music by the cashier station.
Vegetarian options: Great veggie options! Love that the gravy is vegetarian

Wrong sauces put on the burgers. No fork in the bag for the poutine. Music is a way too loud you have to yell to be heard. Girl that was putting the order together was no paying attention. No receipt in the bag
