This is one of the new combined Harvey's / Swiss Chalet and I long for the old Harvey's. This was unbelievably slow between placing our order and receiving the food - and we were first in line, with nobody in front of us. Their usual speed, efficiency and fast-moving line is gone. The only saving grace is the food is still great.

Ben went above and beyond for our meals - going as far as separating our veggies from the poutine so it wouldn’t be soggy and being an overall friendly, welcoming host after a long day of work. Appreciate the service!!

The service from the young lady working the counter was a 10/5, easily. She was incredible. The food... holy hell... what a disappointment. Soggy onion rings, tiny fry bits, cold burgers, and watching buddy out back finger our bacon was... awkward. rubbing his nose then handling food... I won't be going back.

Overall, the place is ok. The seating for Harvey's is smaller /less than Swiss Chalet. Entrance to its place was a bit confusing for us, as the main entrance is for Swiss Chalet. Staff are friendly, yet, could have more smiley faces on them. Nowadays, we are not sure of the working requirements / environment for staff at fast food restaurants. They were helpful when we told them that there were no more ice in the soft drink machine.

Not what Harvey's used to be that's for sure. Burgers are precooked, luke warm, cheese not melted, two tiny pieces of bacon hiding under the patty. Anyone there have any pride in what you are giving customers anymore?
Food quality meh. Staff, ok, google wanted to know if this is a good place to bring your date. Depends if you want to see them again. Also dogs. They don't care, just as long as they're with you. Other than this, it's a quick place to eat. Free ice. 😁
