Entire meal was cold. While waiting for order the guy in charge could be heard in the back yelling swearing and berating younger staff. Terrible experience. Terrible atmosphere. Terrible food. Felt so badly for the employees who looked terrified. Will never go here again.

I visited Fairview St location on Sat Jan 17th 5pm. Terrible experience. Will never go back to this location. Burger and Veg Burger were cold and burnt. Fries were cold and greasy. Young man taking orders went to the back and starting yelling profanities at a co worker for not setting a timer on his break. Other young man cashier was busy watching football on tv rather then helping customers. Disgusting Food and Service. Save your money. .

Everything is what you'd expected from a Harvey's. However I'd like to add that their entrance is somehow on the side not in front. The front is actually a swiss chalet, although the interior seems to be connected. Weird setup, normally no big deal unless it's raining....
