Ordered two identical acai bowls and the portion sizes were completely inconsistent. One was clearly filled properly while the other had significantly less acai and toppings. When paying the same price, this isn’t acceptable. Consistency needs improvement.

Amazing healthy choices for vegetarians with a sweet tooth! However 4 stars because I think they can do better with cleanliness in their facility.

Good drinks and stuff but no physical gift card its online only.. booster juice is better anyway.
I absolutely love the ACAI bowls and order from her regularly. I have had a few problems contacting them though since there isn't a working phone, and although I thought it was a temporary thing, it has not been possible to phone there directy. The prices are quite high, however the food is almost always excellent. Lettuce Love (the restaurant next to HEAL) shares a walkthrough insid and is the only way we can talk to anyone on the phone who works there if we would like to place an order. Hopefully they get a phone soon!

Smoothie was very tasty, but I came here because it was attached to lettuce love (and it's a smoothie place) so I assumed it was gluten free. I got glutened very badly by the lean green smoothie. Celiacs make sure to ask before ordering or find elsewhere
Obsessed with this place. Their smoothies are excellent - special shout out to the PB&J one!

Nice little place in the downtown core. Pleasant staff and large selection of smoothie and Acai bowls.

I am a longtime customer of this place but will never understand why they (along with all other Heal locations I've visited) opt to not use certified gluten-free granola. It's an inexpensive switch - especially given the exorbitant cost of their bowls - that would protect hundreds of their customers. I was glutened several times here before I learned what was happening. I reached out to management who could not have cared less.

The bowls here taste so strange compared to Hamilton locations. More training on the cocoa bowls please! It is so weirdly stringy the consistency is way off.
