Fantastic service. Excellent food. This restaurant easily has the best quality fish around Halton. We tried the omakase and each of the nigiri sushi was unique and flavourful. This place is a local hidden gem and I'll be trying their Oakville location next.

This is our new go to sushi place in Burlington! We’re so excited to finally find such great quality, delicious local sushi place. The fish was fresh and just melts in your mouth. We finished our meal and ordered some more. Good location, clean, excellent service, and friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back to try the omakase course dinner!
Update - August 2024: Since I last wrote my review, I’ve been to this restaurant a couple more times and also had take out several times. It was so good each time, but now that it’s been over a year and I just got my takeout, all I can say is, what happened to this place?!? It was a total disappointment. Rice was dry and crumbly, just broke apart. The fish didn’t taste fresh at all, just all around mediocre. I paid almost $90 for an entree and 2 hand rolls and it tasted no different than any other sushi place for half the price. It was definitely not worth it. I’m not sure I’ll go back unless I know for certain I’ll get the same quality as I did back in the day… it’s too bad.
Came here ar 8:30 and they said the kitchen is closed. No dine in, no take out.

As a sushi lover, I couldn’t wait to try Hoseki Sushi. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. Each roll is priced at nearly $20, and I found neither the presentation nor the taste worth the cost. The rolls were overloaded with rice and had minimal fish, making the overall experience far from satisfying. Considering the price, I expected much better quality. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Best sushi I have had in GTA! So quaint and small, the service, food and atmosphere were top notch! We finished dinner and I was trying to plan our next visit! The omakase is our next visit! Every roll, as simple as it sounds written on the menu, has so many complex flavors! My mouth is watering, just writing this! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
Kid-friendliness: My daughter loved the food here and as a bonus they gave out after eight chocolate, which is her favorite! She called the restaurant Top-Notch!
