Lovely little place that offers a la carte and omakase dining options. Their signature Hoseki roll was excellent and we actually wound up ordering another one because it was so tasty.

What an amazing experience. My wife and I came for my birthday, we were treated with the greatest hospitality and were spoiled by the staff at Hoseki for an unforgettable experience.

Top quality sushi with amazing selection.

This is our new go to sushi place in Burlington! We’re so excited to finally find such great quality, delicious local sushi place. The fish was fresh and just melts in your mouth. We finished our meal and ordered some more. Good location, clean, excellent service, and friendly staff. Can’t wait to go back to try the omakase course dinner!
