I Love Gelato

Terrible, old, stale, lifeless gelato. The owner clearly has no respect or love for his craft. I would accept his misery if the quality of the product was there, but unfortunately, I could taste his misery in every bite. I should have read reviews before going here- oops. Oh, and it was $18 for two small gelatos.

Delicious gelato, the best gelato shop in the area for downtown Burlington across from Spencer Park.

Owner is very kind and friendly. Reasonable prices for a high quality product.

The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no one in the place yet he told us the “ proper” way to line up , order etc. He stood with his arms crossed and had a nasty attitude the entire time.

The prices are astronomical for what you receive. We used to thoroughly enjoy this gelato shop, but never again would we give them our business.

Customer service is non existent. We were the only customers in the shop and the owner could not be bothered to interact with us (he was leaning against the back wall with arms crossed) until we attempted to order, at which point he told us we were “doing it wrong”.

We noted there was a fee to pay with a credit card so we asked for the total to see if we had enough cash. The owner rolled his eyes and loudly sighed before giving us the total.

Our total came to over $20 for two medium cups. The gelato was mediocre at best.

Should have trusted our instincts and turned around when we walked in.

Very rude guy there. We entered and yelled at us to go to the other side of the line. We were looking at the Gelato to choose and he got so annoyed and started lecturing us on how to order. We asked for a sample and no its not allowed. (He got extremely mad at that point)

Overall very bad experience, overpriced gelato. Dont recommend this store to anyone.

The owner was racist and rude. He treated us with a terrible attitude from the minute my family and I stepped foot into the store, he yelled at us for standing in the wrong line, instead of politely correcting us. I had the impression he was genuinely annoyed we are doing business with him. Like most people leaving reviews here we won't be making that mistake again. In addition, the watermelon gelato was overly sweet and flavourless.

Staff was unfriendly and seemed better suited for admin work than customer service. Also, no option to taste the ice cream.

This artisan gelato is a must try, tried others near by, not the cheapest option, but you certainly get what you pay for.

Owner very rude, the moment i opened the door you can feel a very bad energy looking at his face. Very stingy in his services, too expensive for the amount they put. Not friendly or welcoming. Not going there anymore

Two Rude older guys working there.They didn't seem interested or explain anything. Must be new owners, place used to be good. The chocolate tasted good everything else tasted artificial bananna and vanilla fake flavors and colours looked like dye.
