This place is easily could be called the Gelaton kings ... they are the best place in Ontario. The ice cream flavor is very natural and they make it fresh everyday.A must try place

Found 2 hairs weaved into the middle of my caffe gelato. When I told the unfriendly employee about it, he proceeded to touch his hair (with his gloved hands) and told me “well it’s not my hair!”For future reference, (and not sure you understand the hospitality industry) I don’t care WHOSE hair it is, I just don’t want hair in my gelato. I did not get an apology or any typical response like “how can we make this better?” All I got was a grumbly “I’ll make you a new one” as he walked away and tossed the hairy gelato in the trash.So at the end of the day, I got terrible service, 0% hospitality, hairy gelato (which was expensive and not nearly as good as Crèma di Gelato just around the corner), and overall the knowledge that if I want good gelato, I won’t be coming here.“Ciao”
Fake flavours and sub par intentionally insulting service.Shocking how they seem to enjoy being rude to customers. it's a sport who can be more rude the employee or the owners.Micro agressions so open. They would hold back the cone untill the credit card reader said approved and did it demonstratively with pure evil intent of insulting the customer. there was no line or no one in the store..Flavours are beyond pathetic. I wanted to throw up after 3 bites... not joking.

when I see fake reviews I don't even bother to put any description. if you are looking for real gelato don't go to this place. it tastes awful. Il gelato non era italiano e aveva un sapore davvero cattivo.

Their gelato is some of the best we've ever had outside of Italy. You can tell that it's made in-house with high quality ingredients. Bravissimo!

Their gelato are delicious. I had their gelato couple of times. Yesterday I had chocolate and coconut, it was great and was generous amount. Next time, I would try other flavors as they have lots of different mouthwatering flavors. Thank you guys :)
Nice little spot, Gelato was very flavourful. Good amount of flavours and i recommend the pistachio one it was soo good.

I love love love this place! I have been to Italy, several times over the years, I Love Gelato, compares to authentic Italian gelato. I Love Gelato has several flavours to choose from. This place is quite wheelchair user friendly.There’s a ramp, just off the sidewalk, which leads between the adjacent restaurant, right to I Love Gelato. There are about 10 tables located inside for you to sit down and enjoy your delicious gelato! They sometimes have quite the lineup, but it is well worth the wait! You must check this place out. ????????

I went a couple of weeks ago and with no one in the store we felt lucky as it's typically busy. We asked if we could have a sample of a flavour and was told they don't do samples (understandable, but samples are typical for a gelato store). It wasn't the politest way they could have articulated such rule, but whatever. My partner and I each got our small and it was pretty small. The person behind us got double the amount while ordering a small too. For me, the reviews of inconsistent sizing and rudeness are on base. The product is very good, and a very good location for business. But if they weren't friendly when they were slow, I don't know how they would be during an incredibly busy time. And for me, costumer service and knowing I'll like a flavour if I'm spending as much as I am (getting a small sample) are large factors to gelato as I like to try new flavours.
