Awesome food. Great atmosphere. Kind of wish they'd write orders down, though probably would save them from tossing food out. It's not my first time there, and I know you need to remind staff at times. Also, appetizers came later than the main. It's definitely a place you want to just take your time to enjoy.

A fun place that caters to large crowds. Varied menu, all seemingly good from our group's feedback. Fair priced. Patient and good service. Separate checks possible. Recommended.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Industria Pizzeria + Bar in Burlington was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

My partner and I arrived around 10:45 p.m. and noted that the restaurant was nearly empty, with just two patrons at the bar and few guests sitting at tables. Before being seated, we asked the host what time the kitchen closed, as we didn’t want to inconvenience the staff by ordering too close to closing time. The host assured us the kitchen closed at 11:45 p.m. and that we had plenty of time to order.

We were seated shortly after and greeted by our server, Montana. We placed our drink orders and took a few minutes to look over the menu. When she returned, we ordered drinks, an appetizer, two pizzas, and requested garlic dips on the side.

Despite the restaurant being quiet, the service was incredibly slow. By 11:00 p.m., our drinks still hadn’t arrived, and our server appeared more interested in chatting with the guests at the bar than checking in with us. My partner eventually received his drink, but the server had forgotten mine entirely. I reminded her, and it took several more minutes before I was finally served.

We received our appetizer around 11:15 p.m., and after finishing it, we expected our pizzas to follow shortly. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Our drinks were empty, and we sat waiting with no updates from our server, except for one stop to ask if we wanted more drinks. She assured us the food was coming soon.

Finally, at 11:40 p.m.—almost an hour after ordering—our pizzas arrived. When asked if we needed anything else, we reminded her about the garlic dips we had originally ordered. She returned to the bar, resumed chatting, and only after several more minutes seemed to remember our request, saying aloud, “Oh, their dips!” before finally bringing them over.

By then, the restaurant was nearing closing time, and the long wait had completely killed our appetite. We tried to flag down our server to get the bill, but she continued socializing at the bar. We eventually had to ask another staff member to get her for us.

To top it all off, when we received our bill, we were charged for an extra pizza we didn’t order. When we pointed out the mistake, there was no apology—just a revised bill.

While the food itself was good, the service was inexcusable. Waiting nearly an hour for food in an empty restaurant and being largely ignored by our server was frustrating and disappointing. Sadly, the poor service overshadowed the meal, and we won’t be returning to this location.

I would give this a -4 star but the only perk about coming here was that it could accommodate the size of our group of 40 people. Your servers all need to be trained on what proper customer service as I have never received such rude responses to reasonable requests.

It started when I asked for GF pasta, it's more of sensitivity to pasta never sits well with me, and I could already see attitude from the hostess.

I had come to a work event but had to leave by a certain time. I did not ask the hostess to hurry with my order, I just simply asked once my order came out to put it in a box, so I could leave. Her answer was that she was serving 40 people and that she would just bring me the box so I could do it myself. Her answer was as though I had asked her hurry up with my order, which was not my request. She then brought out my food in a box. So, why was she being so snarky...for what purpose?

I also observed another host (this one a man) tell my coworker roughly to finish the water on the table when she asked for the water to be refilled because it was almost empty. Then he brought out some water just as she requested. Again why did this have to be a challenge?

I know we were a group of 40 people but we are 40 people that could come back with 40 more people and I know at least 2 people at my table that are not coming back.

Also, your food was subpar but I did enjoy my americano.

Had dinner. Nice spacious restaurant with modern vibe to it. Service was good (Peter). However, the food fell short. Asparagus Spaghetti tasted raw as the garlic wasn’t cooked well. There was no salt in the spaghetti! Baked Brie was not what it sounded on the menu. Ravioli was good. Margaret Pizza was decent. The non-alcoholic mocktails weren’t the best. It’s a place with potential if more focus is given on the quality of food.

Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options in pasta and pizza. Some starters do cater to vegetarian requirements.

Food is good but inconsistent.

This was my second time at Industria. Last time I got their lunch menu prosciutto sandwich. The first time I had it, I loved it. I went back yesterday and was looking forward to ordering the same thing. It was not as good. The pizza dough was soggy and the sauce overpowered the sandwich.

Service is okay but can be slow at times.

Great pizza place with a nice selection of pizzas and drinks! The pizzas are flavorful with a great crust, and the drink menu has something for everyone. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the staff is friendly, making it a fun spot for a casual night out.

If you're looking for pizza this is your place to eat, it's the closest to authentic Italian pizza. We always go for the carnivoro pizza- it never disappoints and the Nutella flavoured mini ciambellas!

This was a decent spot. The decor of the restaurant was very modern.

The food was ok. The portion size was ample. We had chicken parm and pasta w/ bolognese sauce. I found the quality to be a smidge above ESM.

The service was ok. Our server seemed disinterested in being at work. She wasn't rude, but she also wasn't very on the ball. She made a few errors on our bills, but between 4 of us, we did the math and settled our 2 bills accordingly.

We were in town visiting friends and won't likely be back. If I was local and making recommendations, I'm not sure it would be my top choice.

We dined at Industria Burlington last night, and as always, we had a great experience. Our family enjoys both the dining experience and the food (pizza and wings are the best in town). We’ll definitely keep coming back. Keep up the great work!

Note, our server Hope, was kind and friendly.

We have stopped in many times now, and Industrial is consistently very good. We have sat at the bar for most of our visits. It is easy to notice all the staff busy providing excellent service which includes quality food. We want to give a special shout out to Taylor. She is the bartender for our daytime visits. She is a real pro while remaining down to earth. This gal could light up a room with her smile and sense of humour. She always gives good advice for special features that the kitchen provides, and the entire menu. We appreciate the attention she provides as a bartender for all those that dine in the front room. Taylor and all the staff will help make your dinning experience a memorable one. Thanks to you all.

Parking: More than enough parking

I really wanted to love this place, but it's not so easy. First off, it shouldn't take 1.5 hrs to get food. The kids' pizza was great (according to my 8 yr old). The other pizza seemed good, but no one was gushing about it. If you are gluten free, you have an option of pasta, a few meat dishes, salmon and salad. I had a salad and requested no shallots, which my server repeated to me. It somehow had shallots. I initially was so hungry waiting so long for food that I attempted to eat around it. I couldn't. The server who helped out, had it remade and taken off the bill. Unfortunately, it came back with only a few shallots this time. I ate the shrimp that were added on, which were cold and went home to eat snacks. I had gotten my new salad as the rest of my group had finished their pizza.
Our actual server was not attentive, didn't clear plates, and dropped off water out of reach. We had a big booth ..which was nice, but maybe either pour the water or drop two off so people don't have to get out of the booth to get the water. Drinks were ok, my hubby didn't like the old fashioned but my margarita was acceptable.
The other server who we only grabbed because ours was MIA, she was very good. Saw we had plates and empty cups, and cleared them.
Honestly, I have no reason to go back, but if you have zero restrictions and have time, it's a nice big place with a good atmosphere.
