We had an early reservation for dinner last night! Service was on point! Drinks were good! Food was great, highly recommend the calamari and shirmp & avacado tostada as an appetizer. We haven’t had a good calamari like that in a while! We got the cacio & pepe and gnocchi pasta as mains with a side of brocolini, only critique is that the cacio & pepe could have been more saucey! But overall great date night!

Checked out Isabelle Restaurant and Lounge inside the Pearle Hotel in Burlington this past summer. We went on a Monday during our vacation so we could take advantage of their happy hour, and it was totally worth it. The two dollar shucked oysters were great, and their half-price pastas gave us the perfect excuse to try a few dishes.

The ravioli cacio e pepe ended up being the star of the night — easily the standout dish for us. The patio was huge and beautiful, giving the whole place a relaxed summer vibe. Service was good, food was good, and the location in downtown Burlington made it easy to walk around afterward.

The menu has changed since we visited, but I’m sure their current offerings are just as solid. We’d definitely go back, especially for that patio in the summer. Solid 7.9 for the area. #TomEatsYummyFoodBecauseWhyNot

We were in the hotel the pass weekend for my daughter's wedding and decided to have dinner the night before here at Isabelle. I ordered the lobster linguini and found it very very salty. It's not worth the money. I was very disappointed.

Our server (I sadly remember her name and hope the restaurant is able to trace it back) was exceptional. She went above and beyond and provided the best service I've received in a long time. I have fairly high expectations when I dine out as I used to serve in fine dining and she was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you!

This was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had - we were a large group and Allison took SUCH good care of us, she was fantastic. I would come back over and over again if we could have her as our server.

First time coming here and will be coming back. Our server Allison was AMAZING. Best service I’ve ever had ANYWHERE. She went above and beyond to make our experience an unforgettable one.

The pear & pecan salad was outstanding. Best salad dressing I have ever tasted!! Lobster linguine was also superb 🙂

We went on half price pasta night. and were there during happy hour. Drinks are less expensive, but you get less in the glass. Makes sense. But that also happened with the serving size of the meal. Again, Im assuming because of the price. But when the wait staff asked our table for still or sparkling, we said still. Thinking this is tap water, which we are used to getting in other restaurants. No. We were given bottles of water and I commented this is fancy. and then noticed we were charged $9 a bottle. The wait staff should have said sparkling, still and tap for water. Also, they were trying to upcharge us to add protein to our meals. Im not a fan of this. We did order a piece of fish, which was wonderful by the way, but again upcharge upcharge. Put it in print on the menu. Add chicken for $3 more or fish for $5 more. Not complaining about the price and value but the transparency. And then instead of the desert menu, we were given the breakfast menu which only gave us the option of a pastry.

Managed to get a last minute reservation for the family, and I am so glad we did! Ambiance is beautiful. It is loud, so be prepared…my daughter had the gnocchi dish, which was surprisingly a very small portion. In fact, she finished well before the rest of us.
Branzino fish dish is large and very filling. So yummy.
Rigatoni with pecorino was the best dish by far. Burgers are always great here. Highly recommend the shrimp/avocado app. Don’t forget dessert! The pistachio baklava was incredible and the chocolate cake.

Great table, food and service. This is my third time at Isabelle's and there will soon be a fourth. Quietly sophisticated and I like that.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, paired with a spotlessly clean environment that immediately put us at ease.
The food was excellent—each dish was clearly prepared with care and skill. We were also highly impressed with the service. Our server was attentive but never rushed us through our meal, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable meal.
To complement the food, the drinks were flavorful and expertly made. The lake view was truly the cherry on top! Highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable and high-quality meal!

We had an exceptional dining experience, thanks to our wonderful waitress ROSIE. Her attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were impressive. She guided us through our options and ensured all our requests were perfectly executed by the kitchen.

We were considering bringing our team for a future visit, and she thoughtfully suggested reserving the private dining room, which we appreciated. Her genuine care extended to all her tables, as we noticed her patience and kindness with an elderly group nearby.

Her warm smile made us feel truly special. With service like this, we’ll definitely be returning soon!
