I am a very regular client and bring parties there all the time I went there a few times in the past when it was not busy at all. I requested the kitchen to give me all flats for chicken wings. The server tried, but the kitchen staff said absolutely not.This is the only restaurant that can never accommodate that, all their competitors do it no problem, especially when they’re not busyBut I absolutely love the weight staff, especially DANNY and the other mature waitress. They know about customer service

Delicious Poutine, much appreciated together with the bacon burger.The waiter was very kind, letting me taste two different beers so I could choose the best one.A very suitable place for those who want to follow football, basketball or hockey matches.

Use to love coming here! This location has gone down hill since they brought in live music on certain days. Way too loud, servers have attitude and they are severely understaffed. Management needs to get it together.Last visit I came in for dinner with my family, empty tables everywhere yet we were told it was a 45 min wait because they were understaffed…. You have a whole dining room empty at 6pm on a Thursday…. Finally we were seated and some blonde bimbo comes over with the worst attitude I have ever experienced! We got up and left it was so terrible.Not in a hurry to return to this location until they figure out how to actually operate a successful business and appreciate their customers.

Haven't been to this restaurant since 2019, went tonight with a party of 8 for a graduation celebration, and the food was all excellent, for all of us, the wait staff was also excellent, they were polite, pleasant and social. Food was well cooked and tasty and we didn't need to wait long to receive it all. The only complaint I would have is that the portions were huge and I couldn't finish all the food on my plate! LOL. Our server offered boxes for our unfinished food. The total bill for all of us was $228.

Honey Garlic tenders had a nice flavour. Most places have too little garlic but there was a nice garlic punch in these (not too much). Medium tenders were decent, though closer to mild.

I visited numerous Jack Astors over the years however we decided to visit this particular one just recently.Our first experience wasn’t as what we would expect from them. Food order took abnormally long to arrive at our table and one of the items was incorrect.The manager Dan addressed our concerns on the spot and adjusted our bill accordingly. I must say that he handled the situation very professionally and with courtesy.Because of this we returned back about a month later and we pleased with how Dan and his team made us feel. Would definitely recommend this location for a wonderful experience ??????
Impeccable service from initial warm and welcoming greeting, drinks, apps and mains to final bill and take home containers by our host and server during our visit, Bartender Danny. Expectations exceeded. We had no idea that we had come in so near closing time as everything was right on point. Great visit start to finish, definately worth a visit.
