Had a wonderful harvest salad and my friend and I shared a delicious cheese cake. Always enjoy my meals , atmosphere with large comfortable booths. The only negative I would ever say is I'd enjoy a better coffee.
There were 3 of us for lunch, we all ordered different things and we all enjoyed our lunch.
They were very accommodating for our party of 7. The fish tacos, hamburgers and the naan chicken club were all delicious. They were very attentive and friendly. We will definitely return.
Yes, the toffee pudding dessert is out of the world. And you must try it! Loved the pistachio gnocchi and tacos as well. The drinks were ok. Or may be mine was made too sour.

Truffle risotto
No sign of truffles. The risotto didn’t taste like mushrooms at all apart from what was put on top. It still tasted decent between bites with the mushrooms and cheese, but the quantity was very low. Like appetizer low.
Very disappointing for the price.

Well, Jacksons Landing certainly gave us a Christmas lunch to remember, though perhaps not for the reasons they’d hoped.
We arrived with a group of about 100, sat down, and thought,
“Lovely, this should be festive.”
And to be fair, the entrées arrived quickly enough to lull us into a false sense of security.
Then came the main course.
Or rather, didn’t come.
For over two hours.
By the time the food finally appeared, it was so cold one could reasonably wonder whether the chef had briefly stepped outside to plate it directly on the patio. Given the temperature outdoors nowadays, this felt entirely plausible.
I attempted to order a coffee along the way, but our server had vanished, not due to disinterest, but because she was singlehandedly doing the work of roughly the entire population of Burlington. Truly heroic.
Management, on the other hand, appeared to be employing the “look busy, accomplish nothing” strategy. I spotted who I believe may have been Jackson himself darting between tables picking up empty glasses. Admirable? Yes. Effective? Not in the slightest.
It’s a bit like watching someone try to stop a flood by placing a single teacup on the floor. You appreciate the enthusiasm, but you can’t help noticing the room is still underwater.
No updates on the delay.
No explanation.
No apology.
Just two hours of hungry speculation, mild existentialism, and a growing suspicion that time itself had ceased to exist.
We made a cheeky remark to the manager about how arriving late might’ve meant quicker service. He responded with a level of enthusiasm one normally reserves for reading terms and conditions.
I had genuinely hoped to like this place.
I was ready to return.
But after today’s performance, I think the restaurant and I need to take a break, “it’s not me, it’s you.”
1 star.
And one sincerely hopes they’ll sort themselves out before the next holiday season, or at least invest in a microwave.

Friendly, professional staff and fabulous communication. It was great as the staff kept us updated on the time our food would be delivered.
Went here for a girls night out we could have picked anywhere in Burlington to go but we chose to go here. We were celebrating 3 birthdays not at any point did they mention or say I see we have some birthdays. We got drinks I had asked for water didn’t see anyone for 20 min which I had to ask for water again. Server took our order someone dropped it off and she never returned to see how our meal was. 2 of us had beef it was cold one had salad and steak. I had to flag someone down as the salad was soggy and the steak was disgusting. She ate it as she was hungry and not once did the server say ill take that off your bill or would u like something else I can bring a new meal for you nothing she took the salad and left a steak on the plate. Again did not see anyone. Oh and the place was dead so they were not busy. Never asked if we wanted more drins either. Flagged someone to get a manager as this was unacceptable. And it was like she was a deer caught in headlights.apologized and said it shared serving. No solution was given just I’ll get some deserts for you. We were shocked.
Going out for dinner is expensive now days and to have suck crap service is so disappointing. The food is over priced to begin with and just not good. We got our bills and they took 10 percent off. But no mention of that either. I think they need more training to have someone come in and train them on customer service and how to handle complaints as I have never experienced any this like this before. WIlL NEVER GO BACK

Stopped in with my friend Greg and was greeted by Patrick the GM. I rarely post my experiences however I must say that Patrick and his staff were amazing, the fish tacos were top shelf. I recommend this awesome establishment to everyone.
It’s the bees knees and will definitely be coming back.
Great job Patrick and staff!

We had visited the restaurant in the summer and thought the food was better. So much so we ordered the same dish (beef short ribs). It was adequate but seemed smaller in portion size and the cost we think was more. My BIL ordered the beef tenderloin rigatoni which the meat was very chewy to the point he had to spit out a piece into a napkin. He mentioned it to the server what he had done given the napkin and she offered to deduct the charge from his bill. This was very kind but does make us think about going there again.
Long wait with no explanation or apology during the one hour+ wait. We were ready to leave when the mgr arrived to our table with food and apologized with offer to remove one meal from the tab and a drink. Food was sub par, small portion and lack of flavour. No where near worth the price charged.
Nice place, spacious and neat. The food was okay and average overall. We tried the moroccan curried chicken dish, pear and brie stuffed chicken and the tahini roasted brussels sprouts. The service was good and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Jacksons Landing is my absolute go to restaurant for a delicious and filling meal. My personal favourites are the Landing Carbonara and the Wagyu Beef Gyoza. Both dishes are consistently incredible and they never disappoint.
The staff are always friendly, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere is inviting, cozy, and romantic, which makes it perfect for anything from a casual dinner to a special night out. The food comes out quickly, the drinks taste amazing, and the service is always spot on.
Reservations are easy to make, but even when I show up without one, they almost always find a table. Overall, Jacksons Landing delivers a great experience every single time.
Highly recommend!
