It’s a nice place but the service was terribly slow and bad. A group of four of us went here for lunch and we ended up having a drink for 40 minutes while waiting for them to take our food order. When they finally came back to take it we decided to leave.

tried the Spanish-influenced menu at Jackson Landing and went with the tapas-for-three option. Every plate was flavorful and fun to share with friends, and the main course didn’t disappoint—it was the kind of meal that keeps you talking about it after. Arrived waited 5 min to be seated. We were seated at a table that was not set up. They weee operating at less than 25%. Waitress took drink orders and made a mistake. Forgot straws. Had to ask her 2 times in which she said she forgot. Food came. No cutlery or napkins. We waited 20 min for her to return. She said my bad they sat you guys at a table that wasn't set up. Wow. After struggling to eat the over salted nachos. What seems like the manager came by with another beer. I asked her to remove the dirty dishes. She said wait a bit. I picked them up and handed them to her. She was not pleased. Very disappointed.

This is by far the best restaurant in the city. When it comes to food, service and atmosphere, nothing comes close. Me and my home boy came in for lunch today and we were served by Adam. And let me tell you dawg, this was the best restaurant experience me and my hommie ever had. Long story short, if you want the best experience Burlington can offer, look no further than Jacksons landing (shout outs to Adam)

Came in a few months back with some friends. The food was mostly average - nothing wrong with the way it was made, but also nothing that stood out in a positive way. However, everyone at the table noticed that I was being neglected by the cpuple of waiters that served us. On top of that, the portion of my plate of risotto was about 1/3 the size of the typical plate at any other establishment. I'm not sure if the chef had ruined a portion of the serving, possibly? But again, the entire table took notice. All in can say based on the experience is that they're serving decently average food, with below average service and higher than average cost. If they can get these things in order, it could be a nice place, as the atmosphere is nice.

Jack’s Landing did not disappoint. The service from Cara was on point, super friendly and kept everything moving without a hitch.
I had the steak and parm frites and honestly, it was incredible. Steak was cooked just right, tender and full of flavour, and the fries were crisp and delicious.
Great atmosphere, great food, I’ll definitely be back for round two!

We held my kids birthday party here and it was amazing. We were surprised at first seeing how we got the middle of the restaurant, but the staff was very accommodating and made sure everyone was comfortable and their needs were met. The food was great as well, we had the food from the group menu. The guests all mentioned how good the food was. 100% recommend this location for events or just a night out or easy bite! :) Thanks team!

I’ve visited Jacksons Landing in Burlington four times now; twice for brunch and twice for dinner. Each visit has been consistently enjoyable. One standout item for me is their house-baked orange zest scone. It’s absolutely the best I’ve had. Both dinner experiences were also excellent. The food was fresh and well-prepared. Service has been consistently outstanding friendly and professional. The overall atmosphere is comfortable for either a casual brunch or a relaxed dinner. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to slightly brighten the lighting during dinner hours. Still, that’s a minor note in an otherwise great experience. Highly recommend this place for both brunch and dinner. I’ll definitely be back.
