The servers here were really rude and dismissive, subpar customer service. Everyone else was greeted kindly and spoken to well but my friend and I were just ignored and unattended to. We had to go up many times to get someone to help us and even when we did, this one server just sat down with some customers and completely forgot about our request. This is very unprofessional behaviour and an overall upsetting experience.

Honestly, had a slightly rocky start here because of one of the patrons of the bar (which was not the fault of the establishment), but I've come back and it quickly became my favorite bar in Burlington, the bartenders are awesome, I LOVE the live music, the food is great and I mean the vibes are exceptional, I love this place, absolutely my go to for a beer after hard day, or a good day, or just a day ?
