I recently visited Kapadokya Kebab House with my family of 10 to celebrate my Mother’s Birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The authentic Turkish dishes were delicious, especially the tender, flavorful kebabs and the beautifully presented VIP platter.The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive and happy to accommodate our large group. The cozy, inviting atmosphere added to the celebration, making it a memorable evening for my Mother and the entire family. Came here with a party of 11 for my moms bday and was welcomed by the team and Michael. Amaing food, service and atmosphere.We ordered the party platter for 6 and it was so much fun and delicious trying different meats, entree.Would highly recommend this location for any occasion, including breakfast.

We went Kapadokya Kebab House to have an early dinner for mother's day and sat at a table. The waitress brought us a menu, and then another waiter came told us that the table is reserved , and they are fully booked without saying any other thing.We were very upset with this level of service.They surely have no idea about Turkish hospitality, Turkish catering would do its best to offer whatever is available especially on a special day.

This is an amazing Turkish restaurant - the best i have eaten at! They offer you complimentary tea and bread.. which no other restaurant does. The customer service is awesome and also the chef is super nice for any meal alterations. I am definitely a regular customer at this restaurant and recommended it to everyone!My friend ordered it for her wedding and the food was excellent!

I had been searching for a Turkish dish of lamb with yogurt for 10 years since visiting Turkey. I had gone to sooo many Turkish restaurants and no one knew what I was talking about. When we came here, we were a little skeptical, the front of the shop does not look HALF as nice as it does inside. The inside was modern, clean, and the waiter greeted us with a huge smile!! It was pretty busy (Ramadan) but he still took the time to explore different Turkish meals with us, and help us through ordering. We ordered take-out, but wished we sat down and ate at the restaurant, as it had a really nice ambiance to it. The food was delicious, and rather authentic, as the taste brought me back memories from Kusadasi, 10 years ago. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!!!

It took about 10 minutes for the server to stop by our table. Then he started by saying that it may take up to 40 minutes for the foods to be served!I was wondering why he didn’t say when we just got there.After that we decided to order some starters while waiting for the meal, and he again said that it will also may take long!Come on! Just tell us to leave and you are not welcome.Poor customer experience …
