These cupcakes and cookies left me SO satisfied, these are next level good!! I had the banana cream and strawberry one, SO moist and flavourful. I also was treated SO nice by the girls here, they made me the best cold Americano, I seriously cannot wait to return for more!!

I have been coming to Kelly’s since they opened their doors to try their different treats! It’s the cutest shoppe and I’ve only ever had positive interactions with the employees.I now have a young son with a dairy allergy and a severe allergy to eggs and am so grateful for Kelly’s for having delicious treats that I can feel confident about my son enjoying during holidays and birthdays! The mile high brownie is absolutely my fav!

Kelly’s is pretty good, and a great vegan option for downtown Burlington! Their baked goods are a bit hit and miss, with some being great and some just okay. But the soft serve is absolutely delicious, and I would highly recommend getting the brownie with ice cream. It’s a large portion, but it’s so good and great to eat while walking around in the summer. Their drinks are also decent.One of the best things about this place is the atmosphere. It’s got a great, sunny vibe going on, and it’s a lovely little place to sit and talk with a friend.

I ordered coffee mini cupcakes, and they were amazing! A perfect bite, not too sweet, and the texture of both the cake and the icing was amazing. Also, when I went inside the store the day I picked them up, the atmosphere, and service were amazing!

We absolutely love Kelly's! The atmosphere is so welcoming and the staff are all so wonderful and friendly. My husband is lactose intolerant and we have a few vegan family members, so it has become our go-to for goodies (including our daughter's first birthday cake!) since moving back to downtown Burlington last year. I visited Kelly's Bake Shop just 15 minutes before closing, and despite being my first time there, I was astounded by the exceptional experience. With numerous dietary restrictions, I often struggle to find suitable options, but every item at Kelly's, from Halal to vegan and gluten-free, catered to my needs. Even dairy-free options were available, surpassing my expectations. As someone with high dessert standards, I was blown away by each treat, unable to find a single flaw. The recommendations were spot on, and while some items had less sugar than anticipated, it only added to the diverse range of flavors. I drove through three cities to reach Kelly's, and I would gladly do it again. Their exceptional quality and inclusivity set them apart from any other bakery. Despite being slightly pricier, the outstanding taste and experience make it worth every penny. To anyone hesitant about visiting, trust me, Kelly's exceeds expectations and sets the bar high for all other bakeries. Every time he bites into one he closes his eyes describing how soft they are.Im going to have to try some other treats for myself as I ususally just get one of their coffees.Their staff is also very friendly every time im in there :). I've been going to Kelly's bake shoppe for years, I remember them selling their goodies at their kindfood restaurant. We've continued to remain big fans of their treats, even traveling over an hour to enjoy them and the wonderful community of burlington. Everyone at the shoppe is so kind and professional.
