We went to Kelsey’s for a Team get together, the food was amazing, and our Server, Andrew was fantastic! We were a group of over 25 and he was so on the ball. Was accurate in order taking, brought our drinks in a timely manner, knew who ordered what and was very friendly! Will definitely be back to this location with the great service!

I ordered fresh breaded chicken fingers with french fries and they came out small chunks and rubbery and cold. My girlfriend ordered a club chicken sandwich with soup and a salad trio and you get half of a sandwich and a shot size glass of soup. I felt ripped off leaving there with a $55 bill for a simple lunch Never again.

Kelseys Roadhouse offers a cozy atmosphere and exceptional service! We shared a fajita and tried several appetizers, all of which exceeded our expectations. The presentation was impressive, and everything tasted delicious. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their meals too. It’s definitely a place worth visiting again!

During my recent visit to Kelseys Original Roadhouse in Burlington, I experienced a mix of impressions. The lively ambiance was inviting, and despite it being the afternoon, the restaurant was bustling with patrons. The service met expectations, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

I opted for their daily deal, which included Chicken Bites tossed in Sweet and Hot Thai Chili sauce, accompanied by mashed potatoes and a side of ranch, along with a tea. While the meal was satisfactory, the flavors didn't particularly stand out, and the mashed potatoes were fairly standard. Given the restaurant's popularity, I had anticipated a more distinctive culinary experience. Overall, I would rate my visit 3 out of 5 stars.​​

Ate here last Thursday (November 7) and the meal amazing. Not only was the food good but our server, John, made us laugh the whole time. What a great guy to have waiting on our table. He made the night 100x better and did such an amazing job and enhancing our experience. We will return just to sit in his section 🙂

Just an excellent hospitality team 👏 such a pleasant experience. Called ahead, got a booth location, Cat, was very warm and helpful on the phone. Great reception upon arrival, our server Andrew was awesome! 😎💯 Made sure we were looked after, remembered to bring the toy to the table, this never happens. Meal was great, plated and served fresh. We're kind of used to going to the location in mid town, and are we ever glad we switched. Annette, the manager was especially professional, and she's managing a great team. The environment was clean, and just such a better experience than attending the Guelph line location. Here, our order was rang in. The other location typically waits for more drink orders, as if a family meal is about enjoying beverages in a noisy atmosphere, which this location, while adequately busy is not. Overall, the best franchise restaurant experience for our area. The food was fresh, well balanced, you can tell the kitchens tidy, the oils not old, and the staff isn't pressured on sales tactics. So glad we switched! The other atmosphere's not very pleasant, which is why I've never bothered to say anything. Very satisfied with the quick family meal experience and enjoyed the professional team providing the service.

Vegetarian options: Traditional fare with healthy veg options.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of menu items for celiac and any good allergy or digestive issues.

Parking: Plenty of parking with easy door access.

Kid-friendliness: Great environment for our special needs child. Not overly noisy, and that's a typical experience that's well controlled by the floor plan.

Terrific meal! Got the Mushroom Melt with Angry fries for myself and a few member of the family got wings, and steak fajitas and they both absolutely enjoyed it. Our server John was great, very personable, and made our dining experience very pleasurable.

Will go back again!

I have asked for my food without bacon several times. They still sent me my food with bacon.

Called the store spoke with Anite she told me call Uber to get refund and reorder.

What happened to health and safety here?

Why should I pay the price for the restaurant’s mistake?

It caused me major embarrassment and health risk due to allergies.
