Walked into the store and felt interrupting an Indian family drama. The employees, were bickering, loudly mind you, amongst each other. No professionalism that we should at least not talk so loudly infront of customers. The food served was COLD. Not even fresh and had no taste, it was very bland. Clearly they were distracted over their unresolved fights rather than doing their job which is ensuring customer get top quality food and service.. It sucks because we love this location but definitely would not be returning here.

This is the worst KFC I have ever frequented. The staff are rude and don't talk to you. I ordered family meal in the app and said I would pick up at 5:15. Drove home from work and 1 hour later I am told that food will be ready in 15 min. After 20 minutes went into the restaurant after they agreed to bring food to me and waited an additional 10 minutes. No appology given. Lots of other restaurants I can spend $60 on take out. Not sure I would return to this location even if it was the last available choice for food.

Unfortunately, no pictures was taken, i bought 4 pc fried chicken and when i got home i open the box and the chicken looks disgusting soggy, soaked with oil. Can’t even try to eat it.

The zinger burger that was given to me looked worse than the burger I have ever tasted. Apparently there were three managers in the store and all were arguing that it's zinger. Looked like McDonald's chicken burger. They kept on arguing with me. Honestly the worst KFC I have had since I was a child. I have been having it since I was a child. And it ruined my whole memory of KFC.

Customer service is damn near non existent,
Got my food today and saw they put my fries in the packaging with their BARE HANDS. I confronted them and asked if I could get a new pack of fries and they looked at me like I was stupid. Not only do they not wear gloves, they have gloves but choose not to use them. How is anyone supposed to know or trust if you’ve even washed your hands.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this place specifically, hopefully some serious change can happen so that no one else has to deal with this

I received a greasy bucket of chicken! I couldn’t believe how much oil that was at the bottom of the bucket. How dare you serve that crap.

This place is always dead and KFC HQ needs to know it's NOT because of all the other chicken places at this intersection...It's the staff itself. They always seems to get your order wrong or run out of things. Went in to try the limited time Mikes Hot Honey sandwich and was looking forward to finally trying it. Asked 3 times from order taking to walking out with our order if the extra sauce was added and she said yes. Got home and again was excited to dig in as the sandwich was pretty hefty but the excitement quickly turned into anger and frustration. Not only did I ask 3 times for extra sauce but there wasn't even ONE DROP of hot honey sauce on both sandwiches. How does that even happen, it's called Mikes HOT HONEY sandwich. Not only was there no sauce, the sandwich is supposed to be topped with crispy jalapenos and there were none on top but just a few on the bottom. I wish I had taken the bun off and taken a pic but took a call while eating but you can still tell from the attached pic that there's no honey sauce to be found. Won't ever go back to this location again. The other KFC location is the same distance from this intersection so will try that location if we ever decide to give KFC another shot.

Never bought KFC for quite a while, but today March 20 2025 we thought we would give it a try. This food is trash, the chicken was so greasy, it is glistening with oil so bad, I only tried one piece. Coleslaw and macaroni salad was so salty, it doesn't taste the same as a while back, new ownership, like most fast food places now a days.( you now what I mean) Such a rip off, never see me in this place ever again. 2335 Appleby line Burlington.
I am Uber and Skip the dishes driver. Every time after 8 o'clock they refuse to serve orders. They just say we don't have food and aren't going to cook, we're going at home soon.
