Got the Big Crunch sandwich. Was small piece of chicken and very dry. Have given this locations several chances due to being good a couple of years back but not any more. Will not go back.

This location gives KFC a bad name. I was told they have no chicken today and it would take 20 min to make it. It was 5:00, peak dinner time. Ordered the box meal from their new pickle menu and it looked NOTHING like the picture and didn’t even include half the stuff it was supposed to. I’ve given this location a few chances but it never gets better. Will drive a little further up to Chik-fil-A from now on.

Ordered drink...wasn't put on bill. Asked for ketchup, no ketchup. When you have 20 min for lunch I couldnt go back for the ketchup. Disappointing especially since she was so nice.

Employees here need to be re-trained.
Food was poor quality. The lady served us our food then told us she added more pickles because she ran out of lettuce. I told her that she should have let us know first before creating her own decision.
The lady also didnt hesitate to tell us after we ordered at 957pm that the dining room closes at 1015pm. When the location says it closes at 11pm. Poor service and business operation. Not worth the visit.

This was the worst chicken I have ever had. It was dry, very small and I’m not even sure it was a breast piece which I asked for. Even the taste was off. No knife and fork included in the box. I will never eat there again! Many other options for chicken in the area.
