CAME ON FRIDAY AROUND 12:40 pm , the girl who is taking order is not aware how to do customer service, no greetings properly, order plant base burger with combo , bun has very few dotted sauce , fries are too bad , not properly wrap , am to disappointed with the service , I don’t know why these girls think if we give this kind of service we will enlighten our customer service skills .. no your are living in dilemma provide good service makes customer experience good and they like to come back !!!!!!

We ordered a kfc bucket and the chicken was really very very bad.. Really greasy and unpalatable. It seemed like it was refried in some very old oil... It was my birthday which got destroyed with this lunch.. The French fries was the only good thing..

It's been many years since I've had KFC and occasionally I have a craving for what I recall as "it's tasty flavour." Thank you so much for all these reviews! They've saved me the trouble and expense of going there for what was to have been a very occasional treat.

The worst experience ever!!!! We ordered online and picked up in the store. The pick up time was 8:45 pm and when we arrived the doors were already locked. We literally banged on the door but no response. The service is pathetic ??Then we had to go to the drive thru to pick up. When we got home the sauces were missing. Chicken was not fresh at all. Cold chicken and cold fries ?. I will never recommend to go at this location again!!!!! VERY BAD Service!!!!

Terrible experience, reminded me of why I had avoided KFC in past. This location is the worst. The cost was exorbitant and the food was disgusting. Nobody at counter to take orders, I eventually gave up and ordered at the remote terminal which was not user friendly. The chicken was tasteless and of poor quality, oil running out.of the bucket and soaking paper bag. Fries were disgusting looked like they had been reheated a few times. Ordered coleslaw and gravy and got coleslaw and terrible corn kinda salad. Worst of all I paid a lot extra for white meat. Out of 14 pieces I got 4 pieces of what I can only describe as partial breast, two drumsticks, two tiny thighs, 4 wings and 2 pieces of bone with skin on. And... whatever happened to herbs and spices. Not a hint of flavour other than old tasting oil. Avoid at all costs.
KFC is all Halal now in Ontario?? This is wrong. No religion should be pushed on others. I'm not Muslim and why should I eat meat blessed by Muslim prayers by Muslim clergy. I find this very offensive.. I will definitely boycott KFC and not eat there anymore. I thought we were supposed to be inclusive to all?
