We arrived and ordered our chicken only to be told that they ran out of chicken and we needed to wait 25 minutes for them to prepare more....it actually took 35 minutes...its KFC, chicken is what you do, how are they not monitoring the amount they have and need? Poor management overall. We will not be returning.

I donât usually write bad reviews (I understand people can be experiencing things we donât know about). But, I canât do nothing about my experience, and I think parts of it may be fixable from the franchise perspective. Tonight I tried to order a family feast online, but it would not advance past âplace orderâ. I tried phoning this specific KFC on Appleby several times over about 30 min, but no one answered the phone. I drove to this KFC and waited for 10 min in the store while they helped one customer in front of me. When I asked for the family feast, the person behind the counter said âsorry, we ran out of chickenâ. I do understand a store may run out of chicken, but I couldnât I have learned that online, on the phone, or before waiting 10 min in the store to place my order?

Extremely disappointing experience at KFC. I specifically asked for crispy chicken and fresh fries, but what I received was soggy, and greasy food. When I politely brought it to the staffâs attention, they were rude and dismissive, even telling me to âgo elsewhereâ instead of fixing the issue. Totally unacceptable customer service. Iâve always liked KFC, but this visit at this location really changed my opinion. Definitely not coming back to this location unless they improve both their food quality and attitude toward customers. I actually drove to another location 20 mins away in traffic and got what I paid for.

I have actually never been in a KFC to order before, Iâve had it at picnics ect. Ordered a family pack bucket, they said it would take a bit because they make it, I figured about 20 min, I wasnât expecting 50 min. No full fledged restaurant in the city would take that long to put out an order, when I mentioned it to the attendant he said this was normal.

Absolutely worst food experience I've had in my life and I'm 42 years old. That's 42 years of food experience and this is #1 in worst food. And I've had food poisoning from other places and they are still better than this place. Service brutal as well. Please for the love of all that holy....avoid.
Kentucky Fried Cancer serves up exactly what the name promisesâa sticky bucket of nostalgia, sodium, and existential dread. The âchickenâ crunches like seasoned cardboard, and the oil tastes older than the Colonelâs ghost. One star for consistency; the rest were lost to the fryer.

I was the only customer in the drive through, they input the wrong order and gave me fries instead of coleslaw and i had to correct them, this was Oct 8th at 409pm please give the staff more training

Just ordered 12 piece fries and gravy meal. The worst I have ever had. The chicken was gross and was slimey. Like big chunks of slime under the breading. I unfortunately will never have food from here again. I wish I could add a photo of my plate of slime

Ordered today at 5:42 pm with only the two of us being in the store 6 skip orders picked up 4 more customers came in the time is now 6:14 and our food arrived at the counter. Back at our seat we notice part of the order was wrong which they corrected and let us keep the wrong part. The chicken was soaked in grease and the skin was soggy. It has been along time since going to KFC and after this visit we won't ever come back. Very horrible food

DO NOT BUY HERE, they are just re frying already made chicken in very old oil. We just spent $80 here and everything just tasted like old oil. This was such a disappointment. Why are you doing this to peopleâs hard earned money that they spend on you. Absolutely disgusting. If youâre here reading reviews: these donât taste like KFC flavors at all, and everything is made in old oil. We will be complaining to KFC.
