Came here on Tuesday for their deal. It’s now $2.99 for just 2 (Very Small) pieces of chicken. No fries or drink included! The pieces of chicken were so small I got 2 orders and it still didn’t fill me up. What’s going on with the sizes of chicken KFC? On top of it they were so greasy and it was super messy to eat. I was covered in oily grease after.You guys used to be one of my favourites but quality is going downhill.

These stars to be negatives. They should not have been open. The worst chicken I have ever bought and you buy a bucket at 12. All I got was two legs and the rest was just chicken squares leftovers that nobody wanted There was no chicken wings at all. It was ready when I got there. That was one big mistake I did. Was just pick it up and the fries had a bucket of salt. On top of it, it was the most gross and disgusting fries ever tasted and it was all cold and I live 5 minutes away from the place

The food is disgusting! I ordered the family bucket, and the chicken was grease. The popcorn chicken dry and tasted like they were sitting at the kitchen the whole day and the fries inedible. Horrible food. Please do not waste your money and time.

This is the second time picked food from this KFC. First time I had a bad stomach but didn’t think much about this KFC being an issue and now again I picked a 4piece bucket yesterday and have been down with bad stomach again. The pieces we greasy as last time and the meat looked much darker than usual. Must be an issue with cooking process or quality of food offered at this franchise. Certainly not returning to this particular KFC.

I walked in and then thought to myself “damn last week was a movie, I took down the cartel and married my smoking hot cousin.??. I diddnt expect this kfc to be so dark inside. I could barely see. I thought I was going to get robbed in there ? for real. I just ordered a thing of popcorn chicken and there was no popcorn with the chicken so I left and and dudes started shooting up thy place with aKsWheelchair accessibility: I saw a crip and laughed

This came in my bucket of chicken tonight. The rest of the pieces were soaked in grease and falling apart. Wasted $30 on ten pieces of the worst chicken I've ever purchased .Avoid at all costs. Please go somewhere else.

I do not like posting negative reviews, but this restaurant and organization leaves me no choice. Mobile app says they are open until 11pm and it accepted my order at 9pm. I was sent a confirmation e-mail saying that it would be ready at 9:22pm. My card was charged. I get in my car, drive to the store only to find it is closed. Check google and it says it should be open until 10pm. Try calling the next day and no one answers the phone until 5pm, they weren't able to help me and didn't even offer up an apology. Called the 1-800 number they gave me and sat on hold for 20 minutes only to find out they can't help me either. Was given a customer care line instead. Called them and they interrogated me before finally agreeing to give me my refund. HORRIBLE customer service.
Went to store at 8:00pm, website says open till 10. CLOSED! What the heck! I wanted the festive feast so bad and so disappointed. What is that? Closing two hours

I picked up at 4:47 2min after the requested 4:45pm pick up time. The bag was luke warm. 10min to get home. The 6 peices of chicken where shriveled and tiny and at least a day old, I have had jerkey easier to eat. The fries where stone cold and stale we had to nuke them. The gravy was good. It was hot. The popcorn chicken was terrible my 18 year old boy didn't even finish them and opted for a pizza pocket instead. 45$... Never Again KFC Never again.
