Worst KFC I've ever been to. I ordered a 2 piece combo with dark meat and paid for it. The only thing was the person at the register told me I had to wait 10 mins because they didn't have any dark meat. When I asked for a refund, he seemed like he didn't know what to do. There is also no place to sit.

They don’t wear gloves and touching each other. One guy was cleaning, touched every garbage bin and didn’t washed hands then start touching the food stations and don’t know what else… KFC take action. It was today 25-july-2025 evening shift.

So much wrong with this location.
1. The service is terrible it takes 3x as long to get any food from them than any other fast food place in the area
2. I have gotten possible food poisoning from this place mutlipe times (ive only eaten here like 4 times total)
3. They have failed to give us our full order multiple times
4. The people work have thick accents and are very difficult to understand and are extremely rude, ive even had them swear at me when i demand the food i had paid for
5. When they do actually give you your proper order (very rare) its sub par
6. The inside is absolutely disgisting im surprised it hasnt been closed by inspectors
Overall if you want kfc go anywhere else this place is the lowest of low quality and youre likely to get scammed by these scumbags.

This was the most disgusting chicken I have ever had. Grease ? I'd be surprised if there was any left in the fryer ! Literally the grease was running down my hand. Never, ever will I eat KFC again. This place needs to be shutdown. Thanks for nothing KFC.

Such a horrible experience at the store and with staff also today. Order burgers, fries, pop and wings to enjoy in lakefront. And when i opened the order there was not even a single ketchup sachet inside, no napkins.( we picked some extra ourselves to be on safer side). And another surprise are the chicken wings . Out of 10 pcs 2 pcs were only fried chunks of corn flour batter without chicken. This is such a pathetic service and when we came back to the store to complain about it and to talk to supervisor or manager there was no senior to attend us. Staff didn't even apologise even once and showed no empathy towards the issue. The person was just offering me 2 pcs of wings because I received 2 without the chicken, thats a shame . I went there for the full refund of my order for the pathetic overall experience . I am requesting the full refund.

I love KFC. Or I used to. This location serves the greasiest chicken I've ever had. I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time but the second time I ordered was just as bad. The employees here don't seem to care. I'm very unimpressed with the staff at this location. I've tried other fried chicken places and I am trending towards Church's Chicken. You guys should shut down your location. You have awful reviews and you were going to go out of business

Waited for over one hour for Delivery. Called all the posted numbers. Was rerouted from corporate to the local store and then told it is a problem with uber and then the store rep hung up ...
Funny have the order was placed with the KFC app , not through uber.
