Never before have I had mushy fried chicken but I did yesterday! Appleby Line location was not taking online orders for some reason. Quality of finished product was absolutely terrible. I hope this was an isolated issue possibly due to being more busy than normal with the other location not taking orders. Will be very hesitant to order again from this location.

I went to the store in person next week. The manager was nice and gave me the missing zinger and poutin.
I ordered from KFC.ca and was very disappointed. I was missing my Zinger sandwich, even though I received the Twister and Famous Sandwich. The restaurant didn’t pick up when I called, and KFC's head office refused to refund me, leaving me out of pocket with no way to resolve the issue. This isn’t the first time I’ve had missing items either – last month, they forgot my poutine. I’m starting to wonder if my items are being stolen by the driver or if the staff is simply careless. Either way, it's unacceptable, and I’m frustrated with the lack of customer service and accountability.

Dont eat at this location. Chicken was dry tough and stringy, fries were cold. Only saving Grace was the Luke warm popcorn Chicken. Corn looked and smelled so gross I couldn't eat it.

I definitely got food poisoning from some chicken here, last food I ate before being sick for 4 days. Luckily it was a long weekend and my vacation started the following week. I'm glad I get to lay in my bed on my vacation.

I want to ask if KFC have a particular type of persons they attend to specially. my concern is that workers there should be readdressed because yesterday is the third time am experiencing what i considered not appropriate way to treat customers. Yesterday i went to buy chicken wings and i was told to wait at the waiting lot for 6mins that my order would be deliver to me including other customers that ordered same time. Behold the order for the rest was delivered leaving me to continue waiting and i waited for 15mins 40secs no response then i have to go and ask if mine is not ready yet. lo and behold i meant my order on desk waiting for me to come pick up by myself and then i ask her why mine is different and of course she could not give a response to my questions. my concern now is, are COLORS treated specially in KFC?. 3 good times this have happened and i need the concern management to address this situation. thank you.
