I should’ve never come back here At this point i don’t even think it’s real meat your serving the meat had a bad smell and wasn’t cooked properly had to throw it away and it was “2 weird” pieces

Came for the bogo deal and they had only 2 employees it looks like working last night. There were so many angry customers waiting a long time. When they dumped my chicken in one bucket all the skin was peeled off each other it was impossible for us to grab a piece of chicken without the skin ripped off at the bottom. We usually goto appleby for pick up but it wasn’t available at that location and this one really let KFC down.

We went to this location to get dinner for 5. There was a bogo deal so we ordered that.
The whole bag ripped apart, literally the whole side of the bag of chicken ripped in half and every piece of our 20 pack of chicken went all over the parking lot. They wouldn't replace the chicken (not the whole order, just the bucket) and even went as far as to tell us to learn how to pick up a bag properly.
We lost the main part of our dinner and possibly worse were told we didn't know how to pick up a bag.
Very rude service and poor products.

Terrible customer service, waited for almost 20 mins and no only i got incomplete order, they forgot my drink which i reminded them there, forgot my fries and chicken pcs were as if someone took a bite from it. Horrible experience and i am never returning here again

We have been going to this location for years but today was the last time. They have given us burnt popcorn chicken after buying two buckets and then today gave us cold fries trying to get away with the batch that had been there for a while.....I'did get new buckets but they dont apologize and then you feel that you are doing something wrong with the way they look at you.
Also they ask you to park outside when there is no one in the line up so they don't have to listen to their bell ringing inside.
There was also some sort of fabric material with dust in it today.
Need to do better if you want to stay open!

Worst KFC I've ever been to. I ordered a 2 piece combo with dark meat and paid for it. The only thing was the person at the register told me I had to wait 10 mins because they didn't have any dark meat. When I asked for a refund, he seemed like he didn't know what to do. There is also no place to sit.

They don’t wear gloves and touching each other. One guy was cleaning, touched every garbage bin and didn’t washed hands then start touching the food stations and don’t know what else… KFC take action. It was today 25-july-2025 evening shift.
