Placed my order on the app, and the email said the order would be ready by 12:03pm. I went 10 mins before to check, they said 10-12 mins because they have to drop new chicken. I came back and waited over 10 mins and and finally received my order at 12:15.
Apologies from the staff are only so good when the information given to be is incorrect. This happens every time I go here and I am only getting food because my family would like it. This is a fast food establishment and you still need to wait 20-30 mins for food where Mary Browns and Popeyes plan accordingly and have food available at busy times.
Such a frustrating experience for the money you spend here.

I have ordered twice from this place. such a dumb staff and stupid employees working there. I have told them twice to put spicy mayo in my burger and they told me that they will do it but the next instant i received my order There was no spicy mayo plus they did not even put lettuce in it.
I reminded them humbly but still nobody cares. We are paying them not eating free but still terrible quality and horrible taste……

I left the hospital visiting my best friend, on the way back I thought cooking for one person nah. So I decided we'll it had been a long time so i stopped at Mapleview mall and get some Kentucky chicken. I ask for a 4 pieces with fries and a drink. They said i needed to wait for about 10 minutes. I was excited tell i got home, all 4 pieces were the same boring and on top the chicken was not cooked properly, so i just had some of the skin. Thanks for nothing, no more. Terrible what happened to Kentucky frie chicken not the it used to be. Maybe you need to hire professional chef 👨🍳 👨🍳 👨🍳 👨🍳 👨🍳 👨🍳 👩🍳 👩🍳
