Had an excellent experience at this KFC location! The staff present there was Aina and she provided fast, friendly service and made sure everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. Definitely one of the best KFC visits I’ve had!

Waited over 25 minutes to pick up an Uber order, ended up canceling due to staff, ignoring me in prioritizing other customers who arrived after.
Do not get delivery from this location. It will most likely take hours cause no drivers will wait that long. Uber only tells you to wait for 10 minutes.

Placed my order on the app, and the email said the order would be ready by 12:03pm. I went 10 mins before to check, they said 10-12 mins because they have to drop new chicken. I came back and waited over 10 mins and and finally received my order at 12:15.
Apologies from the staff are only so good when the information given to be is incorrect. This happens every time I go here and I am only getting food because my family would like it. This is a fast food establishment and you still need to wait 20-30 mins for food where Mary Browns and Popeyes plan accordingly and have food available at busy times.
Such a frustrating experience for the money you spend here.
