Kudo Sushi - Japanese Cuisine

Had an amazing time at Kudos Sushi! Jun took care of us and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The sushi was great as always, but what really surprised us were the desserts — we tried the banana pudding and the tiramisu, and both were honestly incredible. Didn’t expect to find such good desserts at a sushi spot. Definitely coming back.

Really great sushi spot! The food was fresh and everything we ordered tasted so amazing. You can tell they put effort into both the flavour and presentation. The service was also great! Jun was super friendly and made us feel taken care of. Definitely coming back and highly recommend!

While their sushi is great, do not order from their Uber eats page as they will take more than an hour preparing your food. Even though the uber eats page clearly states that estimated delivery is 15 minutes, you’ll call them after about 30 minutes from ordering and they will tell you that it actually takes 50 minutes not 15. I then called again to check on my food, which turned out to be “ready” but no one actually sent it out for delivery. I tried explaining that to the restaurant and they said I misread the delivery time and should be expecting a 50 minute wait for 14 rolls of sushi. I tried explaining that I don’t have time to accept the delivery an hour after I made it, and they said to cancel but I’ll still be charged. 0 understanding 0 help.

I always wait orders at least 20 minutes.
Today I was here again and my order was ready even earlier. Thanks.

We picked up an order for Mother’s Day. First time trying Kudo, we are new to the area. The service was friendly and very fast. They also some macarons to taste test, which were delicious! Not overly sweet and just the right amount of crunchiness, chewiness and a creamy filling. We ordered the Maki Tray B, a calamari roll, takoyaki and a salmon teriyaki dinner. The sushi was fresh and the teriyaki salmon yummy. We also bought the 6-pack of chiffon cupcakes, which were melt in your mouth delicious!!

Jieun is the best! I would give 10 stars all around if I could. Amazing experience. We will be back for sure. Food was fresh and incredible. Btw it is now open Mondays!

first time dining and we’re surely come back

Very underwhelming. Ordered one of their more pricey rolls. Did not find the quality to reflect the price. Sadly I will not be a returning customer.

I ate here while on business travel from Huntsville, AL. The Bulgogi was top notch. Entrees come with a cup of Miso soup and a salad which were also great. The ahi tuna on the rainbow roll was melt-in-your-mouth good. Amazing cut! My only regret was not ordering more. My sushi roll had 9 pieces not 8, but I like them a little smaller and it feels like more food lol.

This was my second visit and if I ever make it back to the Toronto area or Burlington, Kudo will be on my list. Thanks for the great meal.

Small place, but food was outstanding and service was great! Cozy atmosphere , I would recommend this place for a romantic dinner or a small family gathering.

I have ordered online from here so many times as well as dining in person and the sushi is exceptional! SO FRESH, SO TASTY. 11/10.
The in dining service can be slow at times but the staff are all doing their best and are very kind about it. Ordering online through many platforms is great too, though placing an order for pick up online is my preferred knowing gratuity will go directly to the restaurant.

I had an exceptional lunch at this sushi restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with attentive staff making you feel right at home. I went for their lunch bento box, which was a true standout. It featured an assortment of perfectly fresh sushi and sashimi. But the real highlight for me was the tempura—it was crispy, light, and not greasy at all, with a perfect crunch that complemented the delicate flavors of the shrimp and vegetables. The portion sizes were generous, and it offered great value for the price. If you’re looking for a fantastic sushi spot with amazing tempura and a well-rounded lunch menu, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be returning.
