Got ice cream, the worst i have ever tasted. Told them and then asked for a simple vanilla ice-cream and they wanted to charge me again. Never ever would I go back or recommend this place to anyone

just stopped by to get some dipped ice cream when we noticed that there was something called a razzle on the display screen. underneath, it showed the flavour options to be oreo, kitkat, biscoff, skor, and smarties. immediately i asked for a biscoff razzle, and the girl behind the counter looked at me confused, and clearly did not know what i just asked for. i redirected her attention to the screen a few times and pointed out where it said lotus biscoff, but was a bit concerned that she actually did not know what it was. she still, despite so evidently not knowing what it was, went ahead to make the ice cream, and topped it with crushed graham crackers. i know what biscoff looks and tastes like, and was easily able to distinguish what was wrong. when we pointed out that it wasn’t biscoff, she said “it’s just crushed graham crackers”, when biscoff is clearly an entirely different cookie. then a minute or two later, we mentioned again that it obviously wasn’t biscoff and didn’t taste good, and she said “well what do you want me to do about it” with a tone. the fact that she even attempted to make something that she clearly didn’t know about, and then spoke with such a tone was ridiculous. then another employee (guy) said it would take too long to make an entirely new razzle, and instead offered to add a dip onto the current one. we added the dip, but the graham crackers made the taste so awful, i wasn’t even able to make it halfway through the ice cream. this was such poor communication, and it wasn’t even busy. only 2-3 customers in line (who had already ordered), and there ‘wasn’t time’ to fix their mistake. ridiculous. this happened on september 4th, roughly around 6:10-6:15pm.

Ordered 2 cheese cake slices, one double chocolate and one strawberry. The strawberry slice had chocolate all down the side, my guess is they used the same knife without washing it. I also found Oreo bits all over the strawberry slice(don’t know where that came from). To put the cherry on top of it all we ordered a plain vanilla cone, 5 mins after ordering (in the dead store) we got it in a cup and told the didn’t have cones… the cones were in plain site next to the ice cream station. Wouldn’t recommend, seems like they don’t follow health and safety protocols.

Order from Uber eats… two cheesecake slices, they were tiny but that was not the reason for the 1 star… the cheesecake came frozen with ice crystals and then once it thawed a bit, tasted like old milk. Couldn’t eat it. I’d pass and go somewhere else for cheesecake.

Was served in short order and was greeted by a polite shop keeper who was helpful suggesting flavor combinations. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream, it was delicious and we will be back soon.
Very poor service and sub par ice cream. Not what we expected and staff was not trained properly on how to make items. Very disappointing. Also took nearly 25 minutes for us to get our ice cream

We ordered some sundaes and they all tasted fantastic. The toppings and ice cream were delicious. This place gets 2 stars taken away because of how long it took to get our order. And there wasn't even anyone else in line ahead of us. I saw them put the sauce on and it was painfully applied practically drop by drop. Why not take a small ladle and just pour it on one time? Certainly that would be faster. Speed it up folks. You'll get more customers.
