There are a lot better Shawarma places in GTA than Lazeez. They always put too much white sauce. Taste of chicken is not authentic.

The woman working in the mornings clearly has no idea how to do her job. I ordered a regular chicken wrap — something so basic a child could manage — yet somehow she managed to butcher it. She couldn’t even close the wrap properly, then thought slapping on another tortilla would “fix” it. Spoiler: it didn’t. The wrap was still wide open on one end, leaking everywhere, and to make it worse, there were barely any toppings inside. Honestly, this place used to be decent, but now it’s laughably bad.

I am sorry that’s not garlic sauce; that’s a cheap ass version of ranch that drowns your platter. Please check out what authentic garlic sauces look like from other shawarma places such as al Zaeem

Excellent customer service by Sahib! The food he makes is always super yummy.
Totally rude customer service, food was bad, we are a regular customers, always a lady there who is very welcoming, pleasant and really nice but this one time I had a guy ( I know the name but don’t want mention it here) he was very rude, when came back & complaint about the wrong food and bad quality of food , he literally told. E that I’m lying it’s not possible, this is beyond ridiculous, he said infront of other customers,

Depends who is working but typically the portions are small and barely have any chicken. It’s just dumped with sauce to cover the fact they do not give a normal portion compared to Osmows. Fries were cold and under cooked. Service is brutal with dude having AirPods in while making the food. Go to Osmows it’s two mins away and save your self the time and money of getting ripped off with no chicken, bad service and cold pale fries. Any place is better than here. They used to serve good portions.
