Have had multiple issues with this location, (3455 Fairview) from workers not understanding English when ordering and messing up orders, not cooking pizza throughout and being raw doughy but this was the last straw. They always claim that their hot n ready pizzas are fresh but that's a lie, they aren't and am surprised they sell old pizza that's been sitting there for hours. Finding hair in our pizza. Staff doesn't wear hair nets . Disgusted! Stay clear of this location!

Plenty of parking. Food’s good. Server was nice but order took a bit long as there was 1 staff only who does all the work.

It’s 9:29pm on Saturday Mar 1 2025 and this is my 2nd interaction with this location. I’ll be short n’ sweet while being truthful and respectful.
Synopsis: This location is by far the worst LC when it comes to food quality and customer service. Pizza oven is far from being on point. Just fix it already jeez! The employee on shift tonight refused our request for a small to-go cup of parm cheese. Was flat out told no, we don’t give that away here. This is the only location that has refused us of that! So, in a nutshell, I’ve concluded that the owner has stopped caring about the business and only has the profit maximizing attitude! Oh, you should hire staff that don’t bring their unhappiness to work with them. Don’t worry, this is the last time we will visit your “profitable” business! ✌️👎👎👎

I ordered a pizza at 7:10pm. it’s been 1.5 hours now, and I haven’t gotten my food, let alone a call from the store updating me on the status of my order. The store also won’t answer the phone. DoorDash won’t refund my order because the store confirmed my order. Terrible service. Shop elsewhere
