Saddest order of pizza I have ever had delivered. Garlic fingers completely uncooked and unseasoned. Pizza missing whole spots without any cheese or sauce. Seems like one in every couple orders are awful and will not be ordering again. Whoever made this order should be ashamed.
Came in and ordered 20 hot and ready pizzas. They were ready in under 20 minutes, and we received service with a smile!!

Ordered pizza for delivery and part of my order was missing. The only thing they said they could do was for me to go and pick it up. There was a reason I didn’t not pick up the pizza in the first place. When I said I couldn’t pick it up and I wanted it delivered or refunded they said they can’t do that either. They said they can put my name down for a free one next time. This is absolutely not acceptable to me. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told there was no manager available. The customer service at this location has dropped significantly and I’m not sure I’ll order from there again. The pizza is never cut properly and it is way greasier than ever before. Not happy with this experience at all.**update** The store ended up arranging to have my missing item delivered. I’m keeping at a 3 star as I shouldn’t have had to argue to get my order. This should have been an option from the start. Or at the very least they could have told me that they would speak to a manager and see what could be done.

Awful! Took a bite from the slice and had to toss the entire pizza. Undercooked and toppings tasted raw. Been a long time customer although looks like management has changed. Would advise switching to a different Little Caesars location.
