I placed and paid for an order last night but forgot to pick it up. I called this morning to ask if I could still come by to get it, and the person I spoke with seemed upset, saying they had to turn the oven back on and that I wasted the product. I’m not sure why he was so upset—I paid for the pizza and simply forgot to pick it up. I wasn’t trying to waste anything. I just called to check if it was still possible to pick it up, and if not, that’s totally fine. Still, the way I was treated felt like really poor customer service

Amazing service, I don’t know her name, but there was a blonde girl who was our cashier, and she was really sweet. My friends and I didn’t realize that the store closed at 10, and were late to picking up our pizza, and she stayed at the store (even though it was closed) to make sure we got our food. Lowkey we felt really bad for making her stay, so this is our way of apologizing 🥲

This is a great place for pizza and they are very quick with service recommend
No red pepper flakes in the store. What kind of pizza store doesn’t have red pepper flakes. Not even italian seasoning like oregano. I’d rather go to Pizza Pizza that is walking distance away.

Deep dish was great for the price and convenience. Cant say the same about the prices for regular pizza. I missed when the pizza was $5 ready and hot.
Very poor customer service and frustrated staff not willing to pay attention to customer needs. Handed stale food when asked how long ago they prepared the food, staff was rude enough and dumped the food angrily to prepare fresh and infact didn’t cook the ordered food properly and it tasted raw and put too much salt. The customer service is insanely poor. The girl who took the order was not willing to work and her attitude was not customer centric and she behaved quite rudely when taking the order. Very less likely visit here again and will not recommend others to visit this location. Sorry for myself to visit them. This will be brought in light to the licensing authority in Ontario for misbehaving with customer and hence serving the food anyway unhealthy and uncooked. Greatly disappointed with the visit and humiliated by the attending staff. I don’t feel like giving even 1 star for such service.

Tried to call and order for delivery which is mentioned on google that they are providing no contact delivery but when i called the girl ask me to do online order for which i am fine but i had some question which i asked and she hang up the phone without answering properly.

For the 5th consecutive time … never Hot and ready… have to wait 10 min for medium cheese pizza.I know how petty this sounds but it used to be a great quick place to get pizza for the kids, now we may as well go back to an actual pizza place. Since ordering we get it just as quick
