If I could give this Little Caesars an 11/10, I would—and I’d still ask for extra cheese. 🍕
Tonight the Blue Jays were down 3–1 to the Dodgers and our mood was lower than a ninth-inning slider. Enter the Burlington Little Caesars crew, who pulled a total pinch-hit for our evening.

We had a small hiccup with one order, but they handled it with surgical precision and Olympic-level speed—true dough diligence. Professional, efficient, and genuinely kind from first hello to doorstep delivery. Their delivery team was so clutch it felt like a walk-off; suddenly our “ugh” turned into “yum.”

This is hands-down the best support and service we’ve ever had from any restaurant—ever. Ten out of ten, would happily carbo-load again. Thanks, Burlington team—you’re the real MVPs of customer care, proving that even on a tough baseball night, great pizza can still win the series.

I placed and paid for an order last night but forgot to pick it up. I called this morning to ask if I could still come by to get it, and the person I spoke with seemed upset, saying they had to turn the oven back on and that I wasted the product. I’m not sure why he was so upset—I paid for the pizza and simply forgot to pick it up. I wasn’t trying to waste anything. I just called to check if it was still possible to pick it up, and if not, that’s totally fine. Still, the way I was treated felt like really poor customer service

Amazing service, I don’t know her name, but there was a blonde girl who was our cashier, and she was really sweet. My friends and I didn’t realize that the store closed at 10, and were late to picking up our pizza, and she stayed at the store (even though it was closed) to make sure we got our food. Lowkey we felt really bad for making her stay, so this is our way of apologizing đŸ„Č

No red pepper flakes in the store. What kind of pizza store doesn’t have red pepper flakes. Not even italian seasoning like oregano. I’d rather go to Pizza Pizza that is walking distance away.

Deep dish was great for the price and convenience. Cant say the same about the prices for regular pizza. I missed when the pizza was $5 ready and hot.
