Little Caesars Pizza

Customer service was lacking. Girl working cash seemed aggravated, but I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Food was alright but my experience with the cashier threw me off a bit.

Pizza is usually consistently good, however they never seem to have hot & readys available. In addition, when you order online it is never ready when the app/ email tells you it is. It will say 'your order is ready but we couldn't load it into the portal' meanwhile, you ask where it is, and it's not finished yet.

The pizza is very bad

Worst order from little Caesar’s. I preordered the crazy bread and pepperoni pretzel pizza with cheese sauce. The crazy bread had very little butter with no garlic flavour, and the pretzel pizza did not have any cheese sauce. Very disappointed as I’ve had this puss bestie from a different location.

Today I stopped to get Hot and Ready Pizza. Now I have to say I thought about it and I should have called a head because when I go my pizza choices are never ready and so I wait. And I do not mind waiting because then I truly get hot and ready and fresh!

So when the employee said, would you mind waiting I giggled to myself and said I knew I should have called ahead! LOL no big deal! So I sat in my car for 10 minutes went back in got my pizza and headed home.

Well!!!!! I have to say that the Cheese pizza was perfect! Cheese evenly spread and just the right amount. Not to much and not to little it was just right. So I called the restaurant to thank the employee. Life is to short to not let people know they did something to the point that you enjoyed it and wanted to let them know.

90% of the time that I show up to this location, there are never any pizzas ready. It's always a 10-minute wait. Tonight, there was at least six people standing around waiting to order and waiting for their food. Maybe you guys should just call it hot pizza instead of hot and ready. Or maybe just make pizzas.

I’m fully aware Little Caesars is not top notch pizza but for a hot and ready pizza they get 5 stars. I find the quality has been going downhill the last few years but today I was pleasantly surprised. It’s the first time at this specific Little Caesars and if all their hot and ready’s are made this way I’ll be continuing to go back. The service being quick and friendly was a nice bonus. Oct. 18th 7pm.

Go there at noon looking for hot and ready, and they not a single one. Worker even seemed puzzled that we expected them to be ready. Will not waste my time here again.
