90% of the time that I show up to this location, there are never any pizzas ready. It's always a 10-minute wait. Tonight, there was at least six people standing around waiting to order and waiting for their food. Maybe you guys should just call it hot pizza instead of hot and ready. Or maybe just make pizzas.

I’m fully aware Little Caesars is not top notch pizza but for a hot and ready pizza they get 5 stars. I find the quality has been going downhill the last few years but today I was pleasantly surprised. It’s the first time at this specific Little Caesars and if all their hot and ready’s are made this way I’ll be continuing to go back. The service being quick and friendly was a nice bonus. Oct. 18th 7pm.

Go there at noon looking for hot and ready, and they not a single one. Worker even seemed puzzled that we expected them to be ready. Will not waste my time here again.

Its a great place... I love their food. I ordered a supreme pizza and the girl working named roop was so polite she told me to wait for 10 minutes and exactly after that time i got my pizza. Great service and the pizza was amazing.

Bought a hot and ready for dinner yesterday and it was raw. White dough no golden crust and raw toppings cold. I was so mad I threw out the entire pizza and wrote off this location permanently. Never buying here again period. Can't even make a conveyor belt pizza.

Ordered through app and when. We arrived to pick up i was rudely told "It's not ready!" I figured just smile and wait patiently, no pressure. Got the pizza and when we arrived home it was given to us under cooked. We ordered so we would get pepperoni and cup and char and the little amount of toppings could have been half a pizzas worth. The stuffed crazy bread usually has garlic sauce on it with Parmesan but we got it bare.

When you have places like city pizza that will give you a 3 topping large pizza with way more toppings for half of what we paid here - we will not be returning to this location again.

Service, pizza and value would be zero stars if I could have done that for a review. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was absolutely awful and a waste of $27 dollars.

No consistency with food quality, very hit and miss depending on who is working. They need to do a better job a hiring competent staff. I will now travel further to Walkers St. location to avoid this place.

My husband picked up a pizza from here last night. I hate to say it, but it was terrible. I was shocked as I have never had one like this EVER. We live 5 minutes away and it was cold and like cardboard. It obviously had come out from a heat lamp or some facsimile as it was the opposite of fresh. Thank goodness for garlic bread.

I recently tried Little Caesar's pizza, and I must say it was a disappointing experience. I also picked up the pizza to take home for dinner The pizza was unbelievably hard and dry, making it nearly inedible. The overall quality was subpar, leaving me with a regrettable dining experience. I won't be returning anytime soon. Sucks going out in the cold just to come home and open a box that looked like that.
