I called today (Oct 31) at 430pm and was told 20-25 minutes for pick up. It is currently 524pm and when I called to complain the woman on the phone told me that it is too bad and that she can cancel my order if I want. This is TERRIBLE service!

First time at Lugano's. We went for the reviews. The pizza was fantastic. Crust was perfect, cheese was perfect, and toppings were great! 5 star pizza for sure. There is something about a hot piping pizza where everything is prepared and cooked correctly that tastes amazing! We always get the garlic bread loaf, and everywhere we have been, it is literally the same. The loaf was good but mid tier, the same as most places that have garlic loaves on the menu. Finding a spot to park, due to their location, was difficult!

Best place to go in (downtown) Burlington for a quick slice of pizza or for a takeaway box. Pizza is really tasty and far less greasy than big chains.

I've been going to this place for about 15 years now. One of my parents favorite pizza places, my favorite pizza place and now my sons as well. I've recently moved a few hours away from here and still tell people about Lugano's where I am now, letting them know if they're ever in the area to definitely stop by and eat the best pizza in burlington!!
Parking: Parking recently went from 5 available spots out front to 3 and you will probably have to park elsewhere and walk.
