Me and my son visited Lugano's Feb 2024. The interior was dirty, dusty and not very well lit. The pizza was a medium crust style that was dry (light sauce), light on toppings and a bit too pricey for what we got. Not a lot of flavour. It gets recommendations from Reddit and Tripadvisor, but you can probably find a better slice at a chain than this place.

I came in ay 8pm on a Tuesday asking for a veggie slice and they didn't have any. The young man working said : Hey i can make you a I can you make you some...only take me 8 minutes.." amazing service and the pizza was FANTASTIC!!!

$7.12 for two slices?! Not sure how much money everyone else is making but this is no longer a budget friendly lunch option. What is happening?? Slice was just ok, smaller than I remembered, bland flavour.

No complaints from me! Its a great place to go when you want hot pizza on a cold day and dont want to spend a lot! Good budget pizza!I havent seen prices like this since pre-pandemic. One filling slice was not even 4 dollars! I chose all the meats pizza and hubby got Hawaiian. I wish there was more meat on the hawaiian but no complains from me! The price is unbeatable.Service was good. Owner was friendly and fast. Pizza was hot. They had things on the side you could add so i added tons of parmesan cheese on both.If im ever in this neck of the woods and want a fast cheap hot slice of pizza, id go here again.

I ordered two small combo pizzas tonight. Prices online showed 37’99 plus $6. delivery charge. I called and was told this was older website. Not the first time this happened to me. So I was charged 43.99 plus delivery charge plus taxes. Came out to 54.60. They said new website was being posted but this is the same thing that happened before. May not be ordering from there again.

Usually a decent spot for pizza, however tonight I ordered 2 medium 4 topping pizzas… we were quite frankly disgusted and wasted ¾ of each pizza. The pizzas were both mis shaped, with zero uniformity with the crust. The crust was worse than a frozen pizza and tasted like stale cardboard.Sad to say this may have ruined our taste for the restaurant all together.

Not the same as it used to be. Much smaller slices, not enough sauce ( that's what makes the pizzaso good) cross contamination with foods/ meats. Used to be a regular, but my last 2 visits have turned me off. Son of a peach. A bit more expensive, but the quality is
Old school pizza place. If they don't have the slice you want, it's probably just a very short wait for something fresh out of the oven. Their slices have a lot of turnover, so don't be afraid to get the last one or two.Been going here for 3+ years now after trying everything else in walking distance. Family owned and operated, they get to know you if you go in regularly... and everyone is treated well. Classic customer service. In, out - simple.Aside from getting slices regularly, we've also picked up whole pizzas to take home from time to time. Always good and for fair value.

Called in to ask about current specials and were advised 2 medium pizzas with 4 toppings and cheesy bread for $26.99. We reclarified the special due to language barrier and ensured we heard correctly. We proceeded to order 2 medium pizzas, 1 with 1 topping and the other with 4 toppings. Upon pickup, after paying while still waiting for food, were told cheesy bread was not included and would be an extra $8. When the establishment was advised, they said too bad and that is what we ordered. An attempt to return the pizza for our money was again declined and we were told too bad, that is what we ordered. Sadly, the food experience was even worse when brought home. The pizza tasted like cardboard. This is the most expensive pizza I've ever heard of! Not even the big chains charge this much and their food is so much better. It was honestly almost inedible, it was disgusting but already paid for and couldn't return. Greedy owners who don't care about their customers or their reputation. There is no way we misheard and paid $30 for 2 medium pizzas. A bunch of scam artists running this place. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Little Caesars is even better than this place, and anywhere else would correct their mistakes.
