Food was excellent as always. Unfortunately we were a party of 10. We had very poor service. Dishes not cleared away, water and drinks not refilled took literally 20 min to pay after we were given out bill because our server did not return with the machine.
We were told to leave as another party had arrived for the table. As it was a random Sunday I asked if there was normally a time limit and was told no. I asked if this was a normal policy on the website, as we had never been told we over stayed our time before. I was told it is not policy to ask gusts to leave on a non holiday weekend but they had booked our table for another reservation and we had to leave to accommodate the other party. Super disappointing but at least the food was good.

Mandarin never disappoints when I’m craving a buffet. Everything from the sushi to the grilled shrimp and crispy General Tso’s is kept fresh and hot. Prime rib was nicely pink, salad bar is huge, and the dessert selection is dangerous. Staff are quick to clear plates and top up drinks even when it’s packed. Good portions, fair price, and always leave way too full. Solid choice for all-you-can-eat.

The staff here are lovely. They are very kind overall. However their food could really use some improvements as I was able to tell most were quite low quality for the price. Also for the price, the soft drinks really should be inclusive.

The atmosphere and staff were great. The food left quite a bit to be desired.
Everything tasted amazing!! Everyone was super friendly and explained how the restaurant works. The hot towels before and after the meal was a great touch!! 10/10 everything kept getting filled!!
