terrible they accepted an uber eats order while they were open when the uber driver arrived they had the store closed before their actual closing time. SUPER inconvenient.
They close business hour I walked with my family and it was closed by business hour. 😡

Jaskirat did an amazing job making our large slab size ice cream cake. Jaskirat went above and beyond with the detail, even customizing the cake to only have brown and blue candy all over the top and it was decorated beautifully. Jaskirat was very helpful and willing to do any customizations, highly recommend

This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve been to other Marble Slab locations before, and none were like this one. The staff didn’t weigh the ice cream, didn’t understand simple requests, and didn’t even bother to keep their hands clean. Completely careless and unprofessional. I will never come back here. If you love your kids and care about basic hygiene, stay away from this place
Came specifically for the vegan ice cream and it was horrible, sugary water with no consistency at all. Will not be coming back ever.
Ice cream was delicious, staff were very nice and friendly. Only down side is the cost, very expensive for what is ultimately ice cream.

Place is dirty with flies and never has many flavours
They make less than half the flavours and don’t fill the freezer IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. You’re an ice cream shop.
They also didn’t let me use the washroom as a paying customer. I had to go into great clips which was a bit ridiculous. I avoid this location at all costs. Cheaping out at all costs.
You walk in the place was swarming with flies and the freezer is half empty. The side that actually did have ice cream had it melting. ðŸ«
Freezer out of service. Ice cream visibly melting in the coolers. The ice cream we ordered looks nothing like the picture. AND yes I understand that it wont always but we ordered cool mint madness and what we got was mint ice-cream with a few chocolate chips and maybe two squirts of chocolate sauce. I'll go to Baskin Robbins next time.
