Can I give 0 stars? I will never be back, you can tell this franchise changed ownership and is no longer the location I grew up going to:
- The ice cream is basically soup as they don't run the refrigerator to keep it cool.
- I asked for strawberries as a topping and they said they don't offer them anymore? I called a location nearby and they had strawberries.
- They no longer weigh the ice cream.
- Location is run down.
The new owners are trying to run this place as cheap as possible but they are running it into the ground.

Very expensive($9 for a small cup), fewer choices, wouldn’t come again
Went for two waffle cones and although the person working the counter was friendly and helpful, the location itself was lacking. Looked run down, several flavours listed we were told were not available and there were very few toppings. One flavour we had was birthday cake, which had no flavour other than vanilla.For the price not worth it.

We went to marble slab and the price for one small ice cream was 9.48 almost 10.00 for a ice cream very expensive we got the Nutella and it did not taste like Nutella at all the service was ok and I would definitely not come again

The ice cream is so soft. The cones were melting everywhere. The napkins couldn’t hold it. My son was covered ice cream as if he dipped his arm up to his elbow in ice cream soup. And I paid $44 for this. It was enough to make me never come back.
