I had an amazing experience at Mary Brown’s Chicken in Burlington! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service I received.
A beautiful Middle Eastern woman served me at the drive-thru window, and it was actually her very first day on the job. Despite being new, she was so kind, professional, and genuinely appreciative of my patience as she was learning the ropes. She kept thanking me, but honestly, her warmth and excellent customer care made the experience a pleasure.
She was an absolute dream—kind, welcoming, and making sure I had everything I needed. If this is the level of service Mary Brown’s is bringing in, I’ll definitely be coming back more often! Five stars all the way!

Mary's is solid, not perfect, but definitely worth a visit. Tenders are getting better, but for a few years they were super tiny. Still not exactly worth the price, but quality is good now.

Such a unique high level of service at this specific location. It doesn't feel like a fast food restaurant. The owner is extremely friendly and so was Dishika.
