4th April 2024 : Extremely poor customer service, it took more than 35 minutes to prepare 2 orders from Uber. There’s was enough staff but need to improve a lot. After me 4 customer and they got the order but i was still waiting. Highly disappointed with customer service.

I frequently ordered delivery through Skip The Dishes. Of the last 5 times I ordered, items were missing on 3 of those orders. Either a piece of chicken was missing or a bottle of pop. Plus the taters portion was extremely small. 3 strikes and you're out. I will never order from you again.

Who's brilliant idea was it to no longer have the special sauce and replace it with simple mayonnaise????That is why we went there. My kids loved the old Mary sauce.We will start going again when they bring it back.
I just had the best chicken sandwich of my life tonight! There was a lovely cashier with red hair, and she took my order on the phone, prepared my food and had it ready and waiting for me! The chicken sandwich is perfect, and the customer service was somehow even better. 10/10 would eat here

Whenever I go there to eat or take out, Heather the Supervisor, along with the staff are friendly and very helpful. The restaurant is always clean, no matter what I'm there.

Great place for chicken. Not as greasy as kfc and the portions are not cutting half.Parking: The parking lot is a bit awkward. Make sure to leave by the correct entrance
