My QR code would not work, so spoke to cashier to place an order. She took a donkeys age to get our order, and ended up overcharging me. I asked for McChicken sauce, and was told there was a charge. I explained I had been overcharged, and they argued. Finally, gave me the darn sauce. What a stupid rigamaroll.

Order the bacon McMuffin took one bite. Spit it out and then threw it on the ground. Never had anything so disgusting and looks the same. Just disgusting. Never again will I go to any fast food joint? Zoom in on that egg. Looks like rubber

I’ve had a mixed experience at this McDonald’s almost every time I’ve visited. One of the most common issues is with the drive-thru, where my coffee order is often incorrect. While the staff usually correct the mistake when I point it out, it still leads to unnecessary delays and wastes time — especially frustrating when you’re in a hurry.
The overall service feels inconsistent. Some days it’s fine, but more often than not, something goes wrong, whether it’s the order accuracy or the speed. It would be great if the staff paid more attention to details, especially during busy hours. A bit more consistency and care in service would go a long way in improving the customer experience here.

This team from evening shift is incredible Shaun, mehak and others working at back of the house are so chill and focused at the same time. The food is same at every branch of McD but the behavior of staff here will definitely make the customers come back.
