Really old fries. Like tasted like they were made the day before. Old burger bun too. So disappointing when it’s a once-in-a-while treat that’s no longer an inexpensive purchase.

Vegetarian options: Not really any, other than their small limp salads
Parking: Busy place during rush hour, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Patking gets very tight.
Kid-friendliness: No playground.
Wheelchair accessibility: One disabled parking spot near the door. Automatic door opener doesn't always work. Same for bathroom.

It took 7 mins to get my order: 2 hash browns and McMuffin egg BLT. While the hash browns were frying, my egg blt sandwich was just sitting on a tray for over 5 mins.

Not great. Disrespectful with me an early morning crowder. Leaving my order out for anyone to take (no staffer at the counter). The don't bring order out to waiting parking stops either when that feature is available.

It first started when we got up to the drive through window to pay I wanted to add a large ice water to my order and she said no only small ice water I said no I want a large ice water then she goes you can pay for water bottle. I refused and said I’ll pay for the large ice water thank you. Took her 3 minutes to try adding a large ice water and still didn’t do it properly. She added a large Diet Coke. We got up to the next window and got our refund for the Diet Coke. They didn’t even give me my whole meal. I had to keep on telling them my order again. “I’m missing my medium coke” “I’m missing my ranch wrap” “oh and my fries” and “large ice water please”. So I got my one meal in two separate bags. It’s annoying I had to keep repeating my order so I didn’t miss anything. We over heard the manager tell the worker to keep the Diet Coke to side for a next order. Ew. That cheap you can’t just dump it? Horrible experience.

Hello everyone - Its Oct 14th at 5 am and my hash brown was actually cold to touch when I took it out of the bag. The people working there don't seem to care. Its been shown and proven many times and now I wonder if management cares?
What happened to basic, good, customer service? What happened to integrity while on the job???
The drive thru service was also cold. Not a hello, no smile, no 'good morning', no words at all. Over the years I have seen the change and decline at this location, and others, and I wonder, why?
Back in the day we had great service at McDonalds. We had smiles, hello's and polite people working. We had clean stores and hot food. These days we lack good service and cleanliness in stores and its a shame.
I gave up on this location years ago because of the poor service and dirty stores. I thought I would treat myself today and nothing has really changed. This seems to be a new norm and its too bad that people care less.
I don't know about anyone else but. When you go through the drive thru I have the urge to throw a burger with missing buns at your head. Bad attitude that deserves the royal treatment
