Went to this location this afternoon and ordered a Quarter pounder meal, junior chicken meal add bacon, and a chicken nugget happy meal. Received one medium fry and a small fry with the two meals and there was no bacon on the junior chicken. The lady at second window even double checked the bags before handing them to us. Such a disappointment when we got home and noticed this.This location is the worst for accurate orders. Every time we eat at this location or order Uber from this location, there is ALWAYS something missing or incorrect about the order.

Went to grab a coffee and latte at 7:55 the other morning only to find out that the machine didn’t have milk and they made us wait in the parking spot. When we finally received the latte it was mainly milk and my daughter couldn’t even enjoy it. We went today and tried to order a caramel latte and the machine was not working. We will not be going to this location any longer to enjoy our morning beverage.

The setup for the drive through is terrible. They have you wait in the pickup parking at the end of the drive through so when leaving you stop the drive through. They did not know how to do separate orders, even though they said they can. They did not let us use a discount from the app because apparently you can't if you're using the app for points which makes no sense, and the fries were undercooked.

McDonalds is fast food, it's never going to be five stars, the amount of times this location has messed up my simple orders is astounding. It's to the point where my coworkers and I straight up avoid this location and go to another one unless we're just getting drinks which are fine.I'd recommend paying more attention to the burger production on late nights, it seems like some of the people working either don't care anymore or simply hate working at McDonald's and just cram the meat on the bun while smearing ketchup all over the wrapper and top of the bun making it soggy and gross.That aside if they don't mess up your order it's a typical McDonald's experience.

I ordered a Large Caramel Iced Coffee with Extra Cream and Extra Caramel which they charge you 60 cents for extra Caramel and there was no Caramel and the Iced Coffee was extra burnt and I ordered a Bacon Deluxe McCrispy with no Mayo and No Lettuce which they don’t take any regard to which can get them into trouble and possibly face a Law suit if they are putting something that someone is allergic to and can be deadly.Very disappointing and unprofessional branch.
