Very, very bad service my order was undercooked. I came back to complain. They refused to help me so I will be calling head office for the lady who was in drive-thru who was helping me. I was just there today November 19th at 8:20 pm and the girls at the drive through window were very unorganized, my upgrade in size was never reflected on the actual food but I can see it on the receipt and after asking them multiple times for straws and ketchup, they assured me it was in the bag and it was not. Im currently eating my fried with no ketchup and my drink out of the cup straight.

Shoutout to Veronica on Saturday morning at around 11am, loving the hairnet on the front counter while she was waiting for her food while I was trying to grab my food from an employee from the other side of the counter. Quite disgusting but what else do you expect?
