Been a McDonald’s lover since day 1 and the food is great, but I spent 3 extra dollars for a keychain and they didn’t even give it to me??? I was in a rush so I didn’t open the bag before leaving the store but I checked after and it wasn’t there… ALSO we ordered a strawberry banana smoothie and it is most definitely not here either. I assume when they serve food it’s when all your food is ready to be served so how come they missed 2 items?? Unbelievable 😒 Never coming back again.

I'm not a fast food officiado but I have to say the McDonald's Sausage McGriddles was a big disappointment. It was so sweet it tastes more like a dessert item rather than a breakfast meal item.

Staff just can’t read. No other explanation. Had to return an ice coffee twice because they just can’t read to not put sugar in it. Tag on the cup says no sugar. Returned the first one that had sugar. Second time sugar again. Not the first time at this location either. Just be better.

I should have been charged 14.89 for my meal.
The staff ran a scam on me in the drive through and I fell for it however being captive and in a rush.
Bills I have from them running the scam on me in the drive through vs what my bank was actually charged however.
They're stealing from you Burlington.

I've been coming to the store at 686 Appleby Line, Burlington, ON L7L 5P9 for a while now, and recently I've noticed a new male staff member. He's incredibly kind and welcoming to customers-it genuinely brightens my day every time I visit. His positive attitude is contagious, and his customer service is outstanding. I'm not sure when he started, but he seems fairly new. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate his kindness!
DON'T order food from this restaurant...they do not wear gloves when preparing your food and their head office says that gloves are not a requirement.

Every night why your tap machine is not working . Whenever i come they say we only accept case and when i aak they say because of System . What macd is doing have a eye on them .
