Came through drive thru, asked about the burrito in the $5 meal. Decided to get the combo with 2 burritos instead. Got to work with my food. Had a chicken sandwich, not even any egg. They got my 2 hashbrowns but when I try to call the store you get 8b1. Can’t even call to complain about what happened.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s or order online they “forget” items. Every single time wether it’s a fry or a whole entire combo they always manages to “forget” something. when you call them out and catch them they argue with you and you have to argue for 15 minutes before they before they give you your receipt

I was just there today November 19th at 8:20 pm and the girls at the drive through window were very unorganized, my upgrade in size was never reflected on the actual food but I can see it on the receipt and after asking them multiple times for straws and ketchup, they assured me it was in the bag and it was not. Im currently eating my fried with no ketchup and my drink out of the cup straight.
