This McDonald’s used to be great, but it has completely gone downhill. I ordered a Quarter Pounder with large fries and was told to wait in the parking lot along with five other cars. After a long wait, I finally got my order. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the bag until I drove away—my mistake—but what I found was unacceptable.
Instead of the large fries I paid for, I got a small. The burger was a mess: barely 3–4 tiny onion pieces and just a dab of ketchup in the center. It looked thrown together with no care. To make matters worse, there were no napkins in the bag.
All of this cost me $15, and it was by far the worst burger I’ve ever been served at a McDonald’s. Between the wrong order, poor quality, and lack of basic attention to detail, I will never return to this location again.
